Delfinia Resort - All Inclusive

We are so happy to be here. Delfinia resort is amazing and we are ready to be here every holidays. Here is very nice staff prepare to help and make time excellent. I am happy to say many thanks to Ms. Poroskevi for her very nice and excellent work and help we needed.

I went with a 15 year old and 14 year old. Basic rooms but clean. Food was lovely. Something for everyone. Pool was clean. Enough sunbeds for everyone. The entertainment team were lovely. The 2 girls Sara and Alisia were so good. They both took time out to make the girls stay really enjoyable, both of them made our stay incredible. My girls loved it. It was a bit smelly by the dance floor as they’ve positioned it right by the septic tank?! But we had such a lovely experience. Very chilled beds were comfortable, I think they had memory foam. If you have a bath, let the water out in bits as it comes up through the drain on the floor. Take an extension lead. Close the balcony door if you want the aircon to stay on. Take your own towel for the sunbed. Inflatables are allowed. And balls. Aquafit was great with Sara. All staff were kind and helpful. Malibu and lemonade is called coconut and lemonade. That was a nice refreshing drink and not too strong. Nobody got a bad tummy. You have to put the loo roll in the bin but that was no big deal. £70 room tax when we got there. Take power banks and charge them at night as electric doesn’t work in your room when you’re not in it. It wasn’t 4 star but it was great for what we paid for it. There is a free bus to and from the water park (40 mins away) we didn’t go. 7 mins to walk to the beach where there’s an inflatable assault course in the sea. We would recommend it. We would go back for a reasonable price. You don’t have to tip and there is a shop next door. At the airport we shared a dominoes for 20 euro.

Lovely food. Every person were very friendly and always joking with positive vibes. Food were delicious and Nasti from day one very help- and respectful. Ill definitely come again one day Overall 4,5 / 5 Stars from my side. Also liked bartenders kosmas, kaiser, thespina and eilrissa. Everyone always in good mood. Beach in near and family friendly.

We booked 6 nights all-inclusive but stayed only 1 due to terrible conditions. The room was dirty, had mould in the bathroom, a strong bad smell, and we all got insect bites after one night. The food was not fresh or tasty, and the kitchen area was messy. We reported everything for 2 days, even spoke to the manager, but nothing was done. We left early, got no refund, and had to pay for another hotel ourselves. Very disappointing experience — not recommended.

I had read the reviews online and was worried. There was no need to worry. This hotel was fantastic from when we arrived to when we left. The staff were so friendly and welcoming always speaking to us and our little boy. The lady on reception that checked us in and out was so lovely when we left gave us all a big hug and said please come back. Food was great always found something to eat. The cocktails appeared hit and miss first few days were ok then after couldn’t taste the alcohol what so ever. The beds were lovely and comfy. Our room was cleaned 6 out of 7 days. We had fresh bedding 6 out of 7 days. The pool was amazing our little boy loved spent nearly all his time there. Loved the water slides loved our holiday it was amazing thank you Delfinia

This hotel was everything we had hoped for for our last holiday together before our baby arrives. We couldn’t fault any of the staff but special mentions to Mattia, Sara and Alessia part of the entertainment team. They were absolutely brilliant. They even got us a gift for the baby on the day we left. We will definitely be back with our baby girl next summer.
