Georgia Plus - All Inclusive

I am going to start at the beginning, we booked this hotel because of the reviews but now wish we hadn't. We got there late to less than warm welcome from Vera it was like she couldn't be bothered, then we were given a dry sandwich which was inedible also Vera walked through the pool area and not once did she offer a good morning to any of the guests, the rooms are dated but we were given clean towels and sheets regularly although when we asked for coffee sachets we were told that is all you get so had to buy coffee and milk ourselves! The food went downhill as time went on with left overs being served for lunch and dinner, also I never saw the restaurant being cleaned the floor was disgraceful, the pool area wasn't cleaned all the time we were there and the sunbeds were all stained, we do a lot of all inclusive holidays and this hotel has a lot to learn as I believe they have only been all inclusive for two years, having said all that the rest of the guys that work there were lovely, the bar staff were brilliant, our waiter was lovely and he was there for every meal for two weeks solid, and what can I say about crazy billy what a legend.But I would like to know why they shut the hotel on 20th as we thought they were open until the end of October!

We used this holiday last year for 10 nights and enjoyed it, so this time we stayed for 14 nights. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The hotel and the local area are quiet and relaxing, but access to surrounding areas is easily accessible via public transport. The food has really improved from last year, always something to choose from but I think bar snacks could be improved in the day. The drinks are really good and have many cocktails available. In the courtyard of the hotel there are some really friendly lovely cats 🐈 I went through four boxes of cat biscuits...and if I could take them all home I would. I hope the staff at the hotel feed and water them as they are a great addition to the holiday they deserve to be well looked after. We will be returning next year for a couple of weeks and returning friends we met there will be too. Look after those lovely cats 🐈 I can't wait to see them next year!

Hotel is outdated. Many maintenance issues need looking at there’s actually too much to list. Do NOT BRING CHILDREN. All inclusive my ****. Breakfast is bare minimal. Constantly running out of food. Pool snacks are nonexistent. No ice cream or lollies for kids. Lunch is last nights dinner reheated if your lucky. Nothing for kids.. chips Or burgers nuggets etc. Dessert options are some real dodgy looking fruit and some ice cream that’s harder than rock. Dinner.. is a re heat of Lunch be quick as it runs out fast. No life guard at pool apparently it’s okay due to pool depth. Sun loungers are blacker than old nicks coat. No entertainment for kids or any pool games etc. all inclusive drinks stop at pool bar 2230 them it’s pay up. It’s a family run hotel with most of them doing the jobs. However they made myself and family feel intimidated when going for food or drinks hanging about looking and staring at what you’ve taken. I understand it’s only 3 stars but there is no excuse for cleanliness. There is was what appears to be waste water running in the yard at reception today. The location is poor unless you plan hiring a car or using taxis or public transport it’s miles from anywhere . I’ve spent a fortune so far and that’s only at the wee shop outside on snacks. Please avoid and spend Your hard earned money somewhere else I implore you

Just had my best holiday ever! This family run hotel was so warm and friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day. The restaurant has fresh food served everyday with food to suit all tastes. The bar is the busiest (all inclusive) with soft drinks, cocktails and local beer and spirits. We met so many lovely people at this hotel, everybody seemed to be up for a chat. For me the family made it extra special as it seems they all work in the business and made us feel so welcome and at home.

I’m sorry: on what planet is this hotel worth of a 5 star review?! It is beyond basic and very tired and run down. The rooms are like a cardboard box with a bed in. The food. Oh. My. God. The food. It is the worst school dinner I’ve ever had. Luke warm at best and utterly disgusting. The 5 star reviews are clearly from people who think microwave dinners are luxurious and live “Up north.” I shall not be spending any time here other than to sleep. At least the weather is great. Oh hang on……..

So Georgia apartments where to start Food is very poor same stuff all the time (so lunch stuff is the same as evening oh and pool snacks are from breakfast) nothing for kids ie burgers etc Room is very basic oh and please do not bring a white towel with you as cleaning stuff will take it 😡 Pool area doesn’t get washed down stains have been on floor all week I would definitely say this is a poor all inclusive NEVER Again
