Just returned from a lovely week at Kolymbia Bay Art, our room, food and the staff were great, nothing was too much trouble with the reception team being very helpful and informative. Couple of issues - there is a hotel complex being built opposite so no sea view as we'd hoped, instead we were woken by workmen at 7am most mornings. Also beware, a DJ plays most afternoons for 3 hours around the pool and the music is just too loud - an hour or 1.5 hours would of been plenty, but you couldn't read, relax or really talk much. I love music but this got rather annoying after a day or so, so we headed to the beach instead which was lovely. The volume was fine when it was just coming from the bar just doesn't need turning up around the pool itself, as we weren't having a pool party! Also some parasols would be good around the pool as some of the beds are in full sun all day! The hotel is a good 10/15 minute walk from the main centre where there are a good variety of shops and restaurants, Ouzaki and Carrusel were excellent, also we loved El Verano Beach House by the harbour - would return to Kolymbia.

Stayed here for 3 nights & everything was great. The friendly staff & the vibe of the hotel was amazing The pool was lovely Lisa was very informative & told us about a nice little sandy beach which was about 10 - 15 mins walk called Harbour beach & there was a great beach bar there too. We also liked the food in the hotel restaurant

This hotel is dreadful. The photos on the various websites and the hotel’s website are very misleading. It is scruffy with damaged furniture and fittings and is extremely dirty. It now overlooks a building site which is very noisy and has heavy trucks constantly coming and going. The only saving grace is that the staff are lovely!

Hotel was in a good location. The room was clean and comfortable and having a swim up room was absolutely great. The best thing was the staff, they were all so friendly, happy to help with anything we needed and were great during breakfast and for getting cocktails. The breakfast itself was excellent, food was always fresh and very tasty. We ate dinner one night as well and it too was delicious. Only things I would change: The swim up rooms and balconies are right next to a public footpath so we didn't have any privacy. The air conditioning in the room wasn't great.
