Kändes rätt gammalt hotel. Ok pool område. Nära stranden. Men all-inclusive var rätt dåligt. Inget hotell jag skulle rekommendera till nån. Men jätte trevlig personal.

The animation team is outstanding, especially Shelly and Billy, very encouraging to participate in activities and it keeps you busy during your day. Rooms are nice, could be a little bit cleaner, especially the bathroom. Hotel food is ok. Very repetitive and lacks flavour, some nights food was cold. Overall, the hotel facilities are very clean, staff is friendly, beautiful beach but food is a little bland. We had an all inclusive but ended up going out for dinner most nights.

Billy is great entertainment, keeps everybody included and provides a lot of different games throughout the day as well as at night. Shelly was very helpful and was always happy to answer any questions or provide more information. The pool was really good with the private beach being very accessible. The rooms were nice and the food was okay as it didn’t have much of a selection and wasn’t often very warm but you could get lucky some nights. Definitely recommend the snack bar lunch

The hotel in itself is fine and the staff in the bars and restaurants are pleasant. The sunbed situation is absolutely ridiculous. The hotel is huge and there are inadequate amounts of sun loungers and these are generally occupied with towels the night before and the staff really are not interested. Many of the people there are rude, ignorant and have no respect for others and definitely no spatial awareness. I would never return to this hotel and would recommend that you avoid it at all costs.

June 2025 Honest review, we stayed here last summer in room 605 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay so decided to book again for this year. The hotel is situated on the beach and has close by shops and bars, also only 20 minutes from the airport which is a bonus when travelling with children. Food is typical all inclusive, 2”we lived off salads. However 5th June 2025 we returned for a second time, The hotel was showing signs of disrepair this year, hotel room wasn’t great. The fridge was warm, not ideal when I have a diabetic child whose meds need to be kept cool. The toilet had no flusher! We was bitten the worse we’ve ever been whilst abroad this time, every day myself and 2 children woke up to more and more bites. Since arriving home on the 15th June, I have had to seek medical treatment as the bites wasn’t clearing up. The doctors confirmed it is bed bugs!! We did wake up to blood spots on the bed but as my son is diabetic I presumed it was off his injection sites, we now know it was from bed bugs. Room 316.. avoid at all costs! Also had items of clothing stolen out of our room off cleaners, after repeated trips to reception and complaints the missing clothes was given back to me the day we left. No explanation what so ever to where they’d been and why it took 5 days for them to be returned to me. The stress caused on holiday ruined our stay, we will not be returning for a third time!
