Eden Roc Resort - All Inclusive

Wow! We had booked a pool suite at lounge 800. What can I say. As soon as we arrived any reservations I had quickly disappeared. We checked in which was late at night and we were given all the information we needed about our stay. Shortly followed by some much needed food and drink while they looked after our luggage. We went back for luggage and the concierge service took us on a golf buggy to our room. The room was absolutely brilliant, very clean, spacious and led straight out onto our private patio space with loungers, table, chairs and direct steps into the pool. The pool is very cold, however it after a lot of sunbathing it was most welcomed. The different restaurants were fantastic and all the food was absolutely delicious. I couldn't fault anything. There are staff everywhere working tirelessly from morning till night and work very hard, they are all pleasant and helpful. The reception staff helped us with our trips, arranging taxi's and helping us locate pick up points. There are water sports on the beach. We went on the glass bottom boat for an hour's trip which was very pleasant and well worth the money. We took a taxi to Rhodes town and went on a sunset boat trip which was very nice, we got a taxi back. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which we used as a pickup point for another trip. The beach is quite stony but the sea is lovely, warm and clear and we took some beautiful pictures of the sunrise in the morning. The entertainment was good in the evening . We would absolutely come back without hesitation.

Wir hatte eine sehr entspannte Woche, in der wir das Hotel nicht verliessen (ich hatte eine Fussverletzung) und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, das Meer und der Strand eignet sich sehr gut zum Schwimmen. Auch die Pools sind sehr gut und es hatte immer zwei Liegen frei, selbst, wenn das Hotel voll war. Die Sauberkeit und der Service waren ok, viele Angestellte sehr nett und hilfsbereit, trotz dem nahen Saisonende. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind mehrheitlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen (die Bäder waren neuer). Mehrere Fahrstühle haben die ganze Woche nicht funktioniert.

Our stay has been absolutely wonderful! The accommodations were perfect, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Maria, in particular, made our experience unforgettable with her warmth and kindness! Thankkkkkkkkkk Youuuuuu Eden Rock!!!!

I had the best time here, the staff were amazing, kind and attentive. The rooms were clean and the all inclusive feature is incredible value. We were here on a big group trip for our friend’s birthday and I have not one complaint! Would recommend to anyone looking to come solo, in a small group or with a large group of friends/family

Really enjoyed our stay. 2nd visit this year. Fantastic Friendly staff. Excellent food and great choice of restaurants. Room very clean and comfortable. Lovely Hotel in a lovely bay. All reception staff were very helpful and friendly. When checking out TSampikos was very efficient and gave great service.

Very sad to have left Eden Roc. We came here for 10 nights with 42 friends and family for our wedding on 11th October. This hotel has been amazing. We had a complimentary upgrade to a pool suite and managed to get my family into all of our chosen restaurants. The morning of our wedding the hotel sent bubbly and platters of pastries for the wedding party, golf buggies for the bridal party and guests to collect us from our rooms to reception. The entertainment is some of the best I’ve ever seen in an all inclusive and food and drink are just amazing. As we were staying in club 800 we had access to an extra bar and I can now see what all the hype is regarding Nikos. He’s also been so lovely making us the best cocktails and the morning of our wedding brought us ( and the hair and makeup ladies) lattes, juice and a tray of club sandwiches and chips. That man works relentlessly and although a man of few words, he always had a smile on his face and was often heard singing away. All of the staff were incredibly and dealt promptly with any minor issues the guests had. I’m incredibly sad to have left and although I’m not one to return to the same place twice, this WILL be the exception.

Visited as a group of 10 people from ages 5 to 50 in October 2024, this resort is amazing for a family holiday! Adults and children alike are made to feel so welcome. The a la carte restaurants are excellent especially the Peruvian, the only thing that would improve it is to include a children’s menu. As a family of 3 we stayed in garden view bungalow 617, we loved the layout, space and view. All staff were great with a special mention to Nikos at club 800 for his amazing cocktails and service. After being called a lier by this jo and having to ring her up and her to talk straight over me when all we were doing was ringing to give advice which led me to shout to be heared and she then put the phone down! Customer service is shocking and the girl in the TikTok outfit looking my partner up and down cause she asked where the toilets are! We had jo in front of customers with a “excuse me have you two paid” as if we weren’t going to after spending a fortune anyway and £30 on the night for 2 snidy pizzas and for then to call back and have the husband who owns the place start shouting and talking over me whilst I’m talking he then said it would be a good idea for me and him to meet somewhere just me and him because I have a temper all because of his family’s BAD customer service. He then thinks we want our money back for the night and that’s why we’re doing it but we haven’t asked for a penny back, we even looked online about getting married here all we wanted to do was give some advice but my advice now to anyone who reads this don’t waste your money there’s nicer warmer cleaner and better priced places with miles better customer service
