Belmare Hotel-Adults Only

Really nice hotel! Surprisingly good buffet food with a separate restaurant you could book. Bartender George also brought good entertainment every night!

It was my good mate’s honeymoon, so when they turned up to this venue they were expecting what they saw on the website. However… they couldn’t be far from it! Step into the room you’ve got a noticeable amount of patchy paintwork missing from the ceiling & walls, splatters of paint on furniture instead. Mould was seen in the bathroom… In & around the shower where you’d think to be clean was the complete opposite! Outdoor furniture was already damaged… I could go on & on! My friends were in disbelief when they walked in, definitely NOT the vision you’d imagine for a first honeymoon… neither would I say holiday home in general! Seems the room hasn’t been attended to in months.

Een prachtig hotel met de beste werknemers die je je kunt bedenken. Of je nu verlangt naar een vakantie vol avontuur of een vakantie waarin je even helemaal niets deed, bij Belmare Hotel zal je ervaring hoe dan ook super zijn! Wij hadden een kamer met eigen zwembad, heerlijk vooral tijdens de extreem warme dagen die we hadden. Het hotel biedt ook gewoon een gezamenlijk zwembad wat er prachtig bij ligt. Het eiland biedt enorm veel stranden, zand en kiezel maar allen even mooi. Heerlijk eten, prachtige bezienswaardigheden, een prachtige omgeving en voor wie wil een bruisend nachtleven; Rhodos biedt het allemaal! Natuurlijk zijn er in het hotel dingen die inmiddels wat verouderd zijn te vinden, maar ik moet een plek waar dat niet het geval is nog meemaken. Alle voorzieningen die staan aangegeven zijn aanwezig en de meubels zijn allen comfortabel. De grootste kracht van het hotel is zijn werknemers die letterlijke allemaal alles op alles zetten om je de beste tijd te geven. De schoonmaaksters maken elke dag opnieuw de kamer prachtig schoon, de tuinmannen onderhouden het park continu, de koks zorgen elke dag opnieuw voor een ruime keuze aan eten zodat er voor ieder wat wils is, de receptiemedewerkers staan dag en nacht voor je klaar en de barmannen zijn uitstekend in hun werk en weten telkens weer de perfecte sfeer neer te zetten. Iedereen is enorm beleefd, vrolijk en staat in volle service van jouw ervaring in het hotel! Als je in dit hotel verblijft, zorg dan zeker dat je op woensdagavond in de poolbar plaatsneemt wanneer de live-artiest komt en er een avond vol Griekse dansen op je wacht. De muziek is erg goed en naast het draaiend houden van de bar zal George de barman de avond helemaal compleet maken met traditionele dansen, veel gelach en een avond waarop iedereen met volle teugen geniet. Als ik een ding zou veranderen in het hotel is het dat ze dit soort avonden net iets vaker mogen organiseren!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The place itself is beautiful and in a fantastic location, it’s really close to the beach, lots of shops, and there’s a bus stop nearby that makes it easy to explore anywhere around Rhodes. The food was really good throughout our visit. The staff are also very friendly and love to have a chat, which made us feel especially welcome. The only downside was the shower: the water pressure wasn’t great and it kept changing temperature, which was a bit frustrating. On top of that, the water went off completely on the day we were leaving, which was quite inconvenient. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would still recommend the hotel for its charm, excellent dining, warm staff, and perfect location.

Had a wonderful time here, booked an all inclusive holiday with a deluxe room with private pool. The private pool was one of the highlights for us. The staff are incredible, the food is decent and the drink selection is great. George who ran the bar made sure we had the best experience, he was funny, friendly and welcoming, hosting a party with live music and dancing on Wednesday night and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The bar was sociable, we made plenty of friends and had a laugh, plus visited a lot of places around. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel which allowed for easy travel. We would recommend visiting Pefkos beach (5 min ride) which was gorgeous, not too busy. Overall it was a holiday to remember!

Well, not what I thought it was gonna be. I’m a little bit blown away by some of the reviews saying food was great. We went on an all-inclusive holiday and ended up spending hundreds of euros more on food and drink as we didn’t eat at the hotel after the first day food was always cold. Presentation was poor And a really poor selection. Rooms were clean and tidy enough but very basic had to fix the TV myself because I was told there was no Wi-Fi in my room for Netflix even though my phone was working on the Wi-Fi little bit unhelpful.? Really hard beds and paper, thin pillows in our room personally. Staff did their best. morning George at the pool bar simply made the holiday!! helpful cheerful genuinely nice down to earth guy I don’t know what we’ve done without him. There’s also afternoon George who is okay and tries his best to pick up the atmosphere. So, I would suggest this hotel was beautiful at one point, but I seriously drop below the mark. Loose and dangerous tiles around the pool photos of proof which my friend fell into no interest from the staff other than George at the bar a maintenance man came round later and skim some filler over it very poor unfortunately I would not be able to recommend this hotel to anybody a real shame so much potential‍♂️‍♂️
