Arte Hotel

Booked through Love Holidays, there was no option to book a sea view. I emailed the hotel directly to enquire about this 3 weeks before our stay but didn't receive a reply. When we arrived I asked again and we were allocated a room with a side sea view. Hotel is clean and staff were friendly. Our room was on the 6th floor. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a safe, air con, a fridge, and a kettle in the room. There was a bottle of water on arrival, but no tea or coffee was provided. The bathroom had a hairdryer and shampoo/shower gel, a comb, shoe horn and shoe polisher. Towels were variable, often threadbare and coarse, but chaged regularly and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was an extensive buffet. The pool doesn't receive much sunshine, so not a very inviting area. Location is good with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is a 2 minute walk and the old town was approximately a 20 minute stroll. On the whole the hotel was a good base but nothing more.

Booked via Love Holidays. The hotel shown on the photograph was nothing like reality. In reality the hotel is in a built-up area, with a view of run down buildings from your room. ... As positives, the breakfast was very good, the location was great both for the beach and old town, staff were pleasant. On the negative the bed was a disaster, the mattress was approx. 3 inches in width, so was like sleeping on the floor. The furniture was old. Is advertised as a 4 star, but is really a 3 star.

I would like to inform that ARTE Hotel is the worst four-star hotel my wife and me have been to. The standard of the room which we were placed in barely corresponds to the standard of two-star hotels. During the conversation with the room manager, I was treated like an intruder who was picking on who knows what. Avoid this place.

Do not let the 4 stars fool you, avoid this hotel at any cost. Went there within a group visit and stayed for 5 nights. Facilities are horrible, rooms are filthy and moldy, towels and bed sheets are worn out, tv did not work, air conditioning did not work, room lock did not work

Just back from the Arte Hote. Although it claims to be a 4 star I would give it a 3 star. Perfect Location in a little street away from the hustle and bustle. Be aware that there is renovations going on next to the hotel which we were not made aware of. Bit unsightly and noisy at times. Thankfully we had airpods! Very close to the beach - quite stoney so would strongly advise those aqua shoes - well worth it. Eli beach is about 10 mins walk away - which is slightly nicer. The Old town is simply stunning. Gorgeous bars, restaurants and ideal for people watching. New town is very pretty , also a short walk. Be sure to visit VETO Bar on the way - Yannis and Helena are the nicest people! Georges cafe on the sea front is ideal for brunch - the club sandwich is the best! I absolutely loved Rhodes! And the location of the Arte Hotel is perfect. Not ideal for kids but was perfect for my husband, my 15 year old son and I. Pool area was small but getting a sun bed was never an issue. And I cannot speak hightly enough about the staff. Absolutely gorgeous people! Breakfast was only ok - filled a gap. Thats why Georges was a great choice! Wifi worked great and we had Netlix in the room. Air Con always worked perfect. Μπάνιο τόσο μικρό που η πόρτα άνοιγε μέσα στην ντουζιέρα. Τα νερά εβγαιναν μεχρι το διαδρομο.Χωρίς θήκες για σαπούνι ή οδοντοβουρτσες. Καθαριότητα κάθε 3 μέρες. Ξαναζεσταμενο φαγητό .Πρόχειρες και φθηνές κατασκευές τα ντουλάπια και κλειστή βεράντα με γυψοσανιδα 1,5 μέτρου. Το air condition δε δούλεψε καμία μέρα. Το ψυγείο δρόσιζε το νερό μετά από 24 ώρες.
