Domus Rodos Hotel

Hello I arrived at the hotel 03-09-2022 for 1 night, what a nightmare it was bad I arrived at 19.30 at the hotel. The room ok old not so clean but for a night the price is ok nearby the city. So I asked the owner is the A/C working he said yes it's working the room was really warm in side he said you must close the Windows then it will get cool .hell no it was not getting cool ,it was early in the morning wanted to leave the hotel but it was a few hour so I can get the ferry to an other island . So guys cheap but hell bad bad bad and also I saw the owner early in the morning I said my problems to him , he only looked at me he even did not say sorry . He must be a Shame .I give him a 3

There's no better spot than this in the old town of Rhodes. But it could be cleaner especially on the common spaces. Extremely noisy at night due to nearby bars but earplugs were my true saviours and I could really sleep with no issues. On the other hand it's very affordable so it's really a tough choice. I would recommend it for those on a tiny budget ,not for people who want to pamper themselves and relax, especially the more elderly . Go somewhere better. Rhodes has thousands of choices. If you're young and you love the fuzz stay there. You'll love it!

Je suis actuellement en train d’écrire cela dans le lit de l’hôtel. Cet hôtel me dégoûte. Nous n’avons pas pu changer car nous sommes arrivés très tard et avons un départ tôt le lendemain. Les photos parlent d’elles même. - cafard dans le couloir - la poussière n’est pas faite - le nettoyage des robinets n’est pas fait - tres mal isolé donc on entend la musique comme si on était dans la boîte de nuit. - Pas d’eau chaude Épouvantable. A cela s’ajoute le réceptionniste perché et défoncé qui fume dans le couloir. Il y une différence entre un hôtel correcte mais propre et ce taudis où seuls les cafards se sentent à l’aise. Édit à 1h40: nous avons quitté l’hôtel et en partant le junkie qui gère cet hôtel nous accusait d’avoir cassé des objets dans la chambre et d’appeler la police. Bien sur nous sommes partis en lui disant de les appeler car nous n’avions rien à nous reprocher. Heureusement nous en avons trouvé un autre !

ATTENTION A VOUS si vous envisagez de passer un séjour à Domus Rodos : LE GÉRANT EST DANGEREUX, il nous a menacé d'appeler la police en haussant le ton afin de nous faire peur, car nous lui avons calmement reproché que son hôtel était sale, c'est du jamais vu accrochez-vous : - DES CAFARDS énormes dans les couloirs (voir photos), - certains clients FUMENT dans les couloirs de l'hôtel avec le réceptionniste, - de la POUSSIÈRE de partout : la moquette et les meubles avec des couches de poussière (voir photos), - du BRUIT toute la nuit, l'hôtel est côte à côte avec une boîte de nuit, impossible de dormir sous avons dû payer un deuxième hôtel EN PLEINE NUIT (Minos Pension à proximité, nettement plus agréable et les gérants chaleureux et compréhensifs), - des DRAPS ET COUVERTURES NON LAVÉS, - une CLIM NON FONCTIONNELLE, - du CALCAIRE DE PARTOUT sur la douche et les toilettes (voir photos), - une cuvette des WC complètement cassée (voir photos). AUCUN RESPECT DES CLIENTS et des personnes âgées de la part du gérant qui n'avait pas l'air d'être dans son état normal. Nous allons réclamer notre argent via Booking car c'est inadmissible. Regardez egalement les avis sur TripAdvisor vous serez convaincus, apparemment le propriétaire fait venir des *********** à l'hôtel !!! ---------------------------- WARNING TO YOU if you plan to stay at Domus Rodos : THE MANAGER IS DANGEROUS, he threatened to call the police by raising his voice in order to scare us, because we calmly reproached him that his hotel was dirty, this is unheard of: - huge CAFARDS in the corridors (see photos), - some guests were SMOKING in the corridors of the hotel with the receptionist, - DUST everywhere: carpet and furniture with layers of dust (see photos), - NOISE all night long, the hotel is next to a night club, impossible to sleep in, we had to pay for a second hotel IN THE NIGHT (Minos Pension nearby, much nicer and the managers warm and understanding), - unwashed sheets and blankets, - NON-FUNCTIONAL CLIMATE, - Lime everywhere on the shower and toilet (see photos), - a completely broken toilet bowl (see photos). NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS and the elderly from the manager who didn't seem to be in his right mind. We will be claiming our money back via Booking as this is unacceptable. Also look at the reviews on TripAdvisor you will be convinced, apparently the owner brings *********** to the hotel!!!
