First at all, we didn't receive any information how to get in and which room number we had. So we called the contactperson. Well, we received code and room number in a weird way of communicating, but we couldn't find the room because there was no plate on a few rooms. So we tried several room with the code, apparently we could open all rooms with this code. After a few minutes received an angry call from the contactperson that we opened other rooms, what we already find strange... Because apparently it was the emergency code which we was not told to us. Well, we found our room and we booked for 3 persons but the room was also apparently for 2 persons... Luckily, there was a sleeping couch. But after all, the way how it was organized by this company and the way how the contactperson (JUSTIN) was communicating to us was horrible. Next advice for this company. Please, improve your communication skills, be more precisely with the information what are you giving and fix your customers problem before blaming them. Only the positive things is that the room were allright.

Never received check-in info with door codes, luckily someone was working in the bar at the time and was able to look up our reservation. We came at check in time and room still wasn't even clean. Otherwise its not a dirty place, location is also not bad.

Dirty Skimmel i vindueskarmen og i brusenichen. fryseren var helt iset til og meget beskidt samt køleskab. Generelt meget klamt.

Cómodo y céntrico Preciosa habitación en una de las calles principales de Reikiavik. Perfecto para moverse a pie a todas partes. Se puede aparcar gratis en la iglesia.

Good service Actually we stayed at Vintage Hotel (close to Ok Studios) because Ok Studios couldn´t accommodate us. They took care of our booking and moved use to Vintage hotel and kept us well informed (we were able to choose from different options they offered us). When we booked in there was some misunderstanding, our booking was for three persons but the room was for two persons and the travel bed was missing. There is no reception at the hotel but few phone calls solved the problem and we got the travel bed. So overall everything was great.

Exceptional stay It was absolutely fantastic. Everything was there for perfect stay in Reykjavik. It was right in the centre of the town with all amenities nearby. Comfortable bed, clean utensils, modern kitchen and lot more… Definitely worth it.

Misleading Amenities But Lovely Space The stay itself was fantastic and the communication and customer support was superb. I do want to note that there is no luggage holding space at this location despite what the listing says. There may be a concierge service when you call the main line, but there's no front desk or staff there. There was a restaurant downstairs but no snack bar or coffee shop in the building. It's also a little confusing how to get in but they do send helpful videos. Moreover the space was beautiful and spacious and had EVERYTHING one could need, I cluding prime location. Would definitely stay there again.

You get what you paid for This was the first accommodation stay I had in Iceland. It is basically in the street where all the stores, bars, cafes are at so location was perfect and walkable to almost anywhere in downtown Reykjavik. Pros: - Location - Price - close to parking garage - Utilities are working properly Cons: - There is no luggage storage - Not properly cleaned up. There was still water in the electric kettle. - Hard to find street parking. - There was construction while I was there so you may smell construction materials or it might be loud.

Great stay! We had a great stay at OK Studios. It is a little hard to find at first since you have to walk through a restaurant and it’s not labeled well, but once you do, the provided code is very helpful. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The location is great- close to downtown and bus stop 10 for all transportation needs! It’s also close to the harbor and is easy to walk everywhere. We would stay here again when we return to Iceland!

Ok El apartamento tiene una excelente ubicación. Antes de llegar nos enviaron mails con información útil y de como hacer el check in. Había detalles en la habitación que hicieron que la estancia no fuera tan cómoda. Ejemplo: No funcionaba la luz del espejo del baño, la puerta que da a la terraza común no tiene cerradura (alguien hubiera podido haber entrado a la habitación, eso me hizo sentir un poco insegura) . Y que a pesar de tener cocina, no hay una mesa donde comer. El TV y el WIFI muy bien.

Dirty and poor condition What a poorly maintained room. No toilet paper holder, no shower nozzle holders. Both were ripped out of the walls and not fixed. Very dark, only 1 dim light working in the entire place, no light in the kitchen. Very dirty with black moms in the bathroom. Bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. Outlet in bathroom coming out of the wall. Incredibly noisy with people screaming and yelling until 4-5 in the morning EVERY night. So loud and difficult to sleep

Reykjavik Grm Ok Studios has a great location very easy walking to restaurants, shopping and parking hints to see! The room was clean and welcoming with a sunroof and a cover so we could sleep! Very comfortable with excellent communication prior to our arrival in Reykjavik!

Frustrating check in process While the room itself was lovely, getting into the hotel was stressful and I will not recommend this place to folks who are new to the country as we were. When I booked the hotel I received a communication from the hotel directly saying that we would get more info when our stay got closer, but was not told that there was no check in desk, or that the entrance to our room was through a busy restaurant. I found out from a nice waiter who noticed my confusion that I had another email with a door code and additional information. I did have the email but the door code was missing. I had to call the number provided in the email (they did not initially pick up and had to call me back). After several hours of driving from another part of Iceland we were tired and just wanted to shower and go to bed so this was very stressful. Another small detail that normally wouldnt have bothered me but because check in was so confusing, it was the straw that broke the camels back - there was no coffee. There was a nespresso machine provided, along with several other kitchen utensils but no pods. All of our other accommodations while traveling provided the coffee if they had a nespresso machine (because grocery stores do not sell them)
