First at all, we didn't receive any information how to get in and which room number we had. So we called the contactperson. Well, we received code and room number in a weird way of communicating, but we couldn't find the room because there was no plate on a few rooms. So we tried several room with the code, apparently we could open all rooms with this code. After a few minutes received an angry call from the contactperson that we opened other rooms, what we already find strange... Because apparently it was the emergency code which we was not told to us. Well, we found our room and we booked for 3 persons but the room was also apparently for 2 persons... Luckily, there was a sleeping couch. But after all, the way how it was organized by this company and the way how the contactperson (JUSTIN) was communicating to us was horrible. Next advice for this company. Please, improve your communication skills, be more precisely with the information what are you giving and fix your customers problem before blaming them. Only the positive things is that the room were allright.
