Pros + The best thing about the hotel was the staff! They were all very warm and welcoming. The location was pretty good, not too far from the main strip of restaurants but still quiet and, depending on what room you have, there’s a nice view of the ocean. Otherwise the room was fine, a bit old but but to be expected and matches what you see on the photos. Pool was nice for days where the ocean was too rough to swim. The water was a bit cold but on a hot day was refreshing. They have some pool floaties available too that you can use Breakfast was good, decent selection and warm options daily that change as well. Also what was nice was that if you leave early on your departure day and will miss breakfast, they actually pack you a huge bag of food for the road! That was a really nice surprise and came in handy when we left at 6am for the airport. Cons - For me the biggest minus points is that water in the shower and sink had a very strange and awful smell. It smelled a bit like sulfur. The hotel staff said it isn’t the normal smell but that it should be fine. But I’ll be honest, it put a huge downer on the trip for me. I talked to a bunch of other people in Crete, and no one else seemed to have anything similar. That was a bit disappointing to be honest. It made showering a very unpleasant experience. But if you want to sleep in, be aware. The cleaning staff started deep cleaning rooms at 6:30 AM and were pushing furniture around super loudly and banging it into the wall. This was only the case if the room had to be completely cleaned after someone left. So not a daily occurrence but still unpleasant The hotel is not far from the main road, so you will hear the traffic. Wasn’t a huge issue for us but if you’re a light sleeper or just want quiet, then be aware. They have a fitness room but it’s only usable from 10am until I think 7pm, because it borders guests rooms. That was a bit of bummer for us because we really like to exercise before breakfast and starting our day, so we weren’t able to use the room

Excellent séjour au castello bianco 👍🏼 Le manager est très sympathique et de bons conseils il est par ailleurs un excellent cuisinier. La cuisine est variée et très bonne. Le personnel est accueillant et aux petits soins ; les chambres sont propres et nettoyées régulièrement. Proche de la mer il est très bien situé et au centre de belles balades touristiques. Je recommande fortement !

Po przyjeździe do hotelu z uśmiechem przywitała mnie Pani w recepcji sokiem i zimnym ręcznikiem. Mój pokój był już gotowy, chociaż zameldowanie jest od godziny 15:00. Zajęłam przestronne pomieszczenie z szerokim łóżkiem i odnowioną łazienką. Na balkonie stał stolik, krzesła i suszarka na ubrania. Widok miałam na inny budynek i klomby z kwiatami. Cisza i spokój. Suszarkę do włosów można wypożyczyć na recepcji. Pokoje sprzątane są co dwa dni. Tak samo wymieniana jest pościel i ręczniki. Cały hotel jest czysty i spokojny. Wyżywienie miałam dwa razy dziennie. Na śniadanie można zamówić jajka pod różną postacią np. omlet, jajecznica, jajka na twardo, ser żółty, szynkę. Z bufetu można zjeść musli z mlekiem, owoce, jogurt z owocami, bułki, rogaliki, kawę itp. Kolacja to wspaniałe potrawy sporządzone przez utalentowanego kucharza. Składały się one z przystawek, dania głównego i deseru. Obsługa w całym hotelu jest miła i przyjazna. Miałam późny wyjazd i bardzo dziękuję za możliwość skorzystania z łazienki. Bardzo to doceniam. W czasie pobytu wypożyczyłam samochód w wypożyczalni Venus. Przez siedem dni zwiedziłam dużą część wyspy, a samochód można parkować przed hotelem. Polecam ten hotel ze smacznym jedzeniem, miłym personelem i ładnym basenem. Wyjazd miałam z biurem podróży TUI Poland. Wszystko odbyło się zgodnie z umową.
