Grecotel Casa Adele

We had a great apartment which was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The hotel is well located, and has several swimming pools, super gardens and very friendly staff. Our special thanks to Michalis in the restaurant, who used to look after our special dietary requirements and brought fresh pies to our table every breakfast time. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in this area.

We stayed with the family for a week in mid-October and had a great time Clean hotel and friendly staff ✨ The rooms had air conditioning and the spacious rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel has two swimming pools, but they are not heated. Free parking spaces on the street in the backyard ️ Most of the customers were families with children and older couples. Leoniki Residence and Grand Leoniki Residence are in the same hotel area. We had booked a room at Leoniki Residence. I recommend the hotel

Very nice hotel with even nicer staff! we were shocked when we were taken to our room which turned out to be an apartment! Nice surprise. very spacious and very light and airy. Sorry but I am not sure I agree with the star rating as the use of shower curtains is not in keeping, it is 2024 after all! I really do detest shower curtains! The food was a bonus as the evening meal was thrown in the price however, I would not say it was that authentic, nice enough but not particularly Greek! All in all we did have a lovely relaxing time. Thanks especially to Eirini and Mikhalis in the dining room they were superb, they all were in fact!! Thank you again.

We loved the Grand Leoniki Residence. It was spotlessly clean, the food was great, the staff were wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. After a long journey we were greeted by Marios who took our cases, checked us in and showed us to our room, he was so lovely. The room was great, I like a kitchenette, and it was a lovely room with a settee and a table as well as the kitchen facilities with a large fridge. We were lucky to have a poolside room with access directly into one of the four pools, and they were all lovely. Breakfast was great too, huge choice and the wonderful staff made it a pleasure, a particular mention to Eirini and Ilektra who were delightful, friendly and so helpful. The hotel is close to the beach and to many shops and restaurants and bus stops. Fantastic.

Very nice hotel, close to the beach, around plenty of choice of local Tavernas with great food. The rooms were very simple but cosy. I had a personal issue during our stay. As we stayed there the first week of June, the humidity in our room (ground floor) was terrible, even the bed and sheets were humid, and was difficult to sleep at all. But the staff was very helpful, and also we were lucky there was another free room so we could change the room. Thanks to the lady in reception, with ginger hair, sorry, do not remember the name already. It's a bit far from Rethymno, and to go by bus took us sometimes almost an hour, because they come when they want despite any schedule :D Greece... :D I need to mention we didn't rent a car, so it bothered each time both ways to waste the time. No entertainments around. And in this region, mainly older people everywhere. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, but didn't change a lot day by day. Would be great to have some changes when staying for a week, as we do not eat sandwiches. Special thanks to Michal - he is amazing person, always smiling, always helpful, and not just because that's his job and he has to. He is very sincere, you can feel that each time.
