Good clean central but basic hotel. Breakfast was OK. Would book again.

Perfect location, away from the crowded old city center

Solo reiziger. April/mei. 2/3 nachten. 2e verdieping. 1 pers kamer. 2 persoonsbed. Tv met een hele hoop zenders. De mogelijkheid een kopje thee voor jezelf te zetten en aan het bureau wat kaarten naar je familie en vrienden te schrijven. Of heerlijk op het klein maar fijn balkon te gaan zitten en te genieten. Stevige matrassen fijne kussens. Extra dekens in de kast indien nodig. Ruime kast om al je spullen in kwijt te kunnen. Kluis en koelkast aanwezig. Lange spiegels om jezelf te kunnen bewonderen voordat je de deur uit gaat. Verduisterende gordijnen. Nette badkamer. Fijne douche. Shampoo en zeep aanwezig. Kamers netjes bijgehouden door de hardwerkende mensen van de schoonmaak. Ontbijt uitgebreid en lekker. Personeel bij de receptie vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Personeel van de keuken en bediening ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zwembad aanwezig. Alleen nog niet gevuld daar het nog april was. Fitnessruimte aanwezig alleen geen tijd gemaakt om daar gebruik van te maken. Ook is er de mogelijkheid je kleren te wassen. Rethimno centrum/old town op loopafstand. Veel winkels en eetmogelijkheden in de omgeving. Ik raad een verblijf aan in dit hotel aan.

It was great hotel

A decent hotel, we stayed for 1 night, no complaints at all. The location is good for the beach, a short walk from the old town, the rooms are clean and nice. Considering the price it exceeded our expectations.

The main issue was the gym - advertised on website, it was unsafe and dangerous to use with all equipment broken and simply dangerous for heath, this gym should’ve been completely shut. Showers in the room were not any better either, filthy, covered in mould, broken doors covered in rust. Overall, this hotel is in terrible condition and shouldn’t be awarded the stars it received. Awful

bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and shower was very hard to get in and out of

Fijn hotel,lekker centraal gelegen in de stad rethymon,uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet,iedere dag schoonmaak,bedden schoon,van alle gemakken voorzien,vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren is wel een dingetje als je een huurauto heb gewoon goed zoeken.

We stayed at Olympic Palladium for 17 days, during July 24 and 2 days of August. I ahev to say that we, me and my wife, have been, overall, well satisfied. First of all, the stuff is very, very polite, we didn't meet a single impolite person in the hotel's stuff. Special thanks have to go to the hotel manager, Mrs Tatiana, who was very kind, and did everything in her power to solve a problem during the second day of our stay. She succeeded to make us feel grateful towards her. Must have been the best hotel manager I've ever met-at least on of the best. Also Mrs Aggeliki on 4th floor, cleaning lady, is so polite. Secondly, the price-value for money. This hotel offered a very nice package for the 17 days of our stay, much better or better than many other similar places in Rethymno. The hotel is at a very convenient location. Not beachfront, as you may know when you booked, but other than that (and of course the money you save for same quality-or worse, beachfront), the location is just GREAT. Near just EVERYTHING in Rethymno, in walking distance. I have to say, Rethymno has many, many AMAZING bakeries, so try them out. One of them is "Chamogiorgakis" which is 1 minute walk from the hotel, try it out. Others are "Nyktaris", "Rustico", "Savoidakis". Ask about. Breakfast has been satisfying for a 3 star hotel. Not astonishing, but well enough for a 3 star. And, with some variety of eggs, which is a big plus for a 3 star. The mattress, and the bed, has been astonishing, I have to say that. Must have been,if not king size, most probably queen size bed, really enjoyed it, and the matress was great. However, the pillows were inadequate. Didn't find even one to be enough comfortable. Perhaps if I had asked, the stuff could provide me with some alternative, however I didn't ask. Nevertheless I didn't ask, but the basic pillows were below basis. Also, I have not been very satisfied from the soundproof quality of the walls between the rooms unfortunately... However perhaps it's just me for this, because it was high season, so many people around, OK, but I still believe things could be better for that matter. However I don't necessarily consider it a big problem. Also the stuff were very quick to assist us when we asked them to speak to other customers who were... loud, let's say at 1 or 3 am. Hotel has a nice view, and many rooms do provide some sea-view. I have to mention the gym, which was very big for a 3 star. I mean, you know hotels' gyms right? They are not big. This one, was equal to gyms I've seen in 5 stars. I don't mean it's huge, it's not, but for a 3*, is more than great. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to someone to stay there. We have been pleased, and I have to say that this is more because of Mrs Tatiana and the stuff.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cet hôtel. Points positifs : - petit-déjeuner - emplacement - local bagages avec douche ( ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la dernière journée à la plage avant de reprendre l'avion). - amabilité du personnel Points négatifs : -piscine très petite qui ne donnes pas envie de s'y baigner. - à l'arrivée poils sur l'évier de la salle de bain. -paroi de douche qui a une petite ouverture, si vous êtes obèse impossible de rentrer dedans. -matelas très dur, mon compagnon s'est bloqué l'épaule 2 jours suite à cela - clim au dessus du lit ! Comment choper la grippe en 2-2. -la veille de notre départ on ne nous a pas changé les essuies vraiment pour dire vous partez demain on ne fait plus d'efforts. Enfin pour le prix abordable que nous avons payé, on savait que l'on aurait pas une prestation haute gamme mais malgré tout nous avons passé 1 super séjour.

This hotel is basic but clean and the staff are wonderful. The cleaner worked very hard, and the customer service was impeccable. We will be going there next year. Reception staff all polite and helpful. The location is great 15 mins from beach and bars and restaurants. The pool was not great but this wouldn't stop me from staying again.

Hotel confortevole ubicato a 15' dalla stazione dei bus e a pochi passi dal centro storico. Hotel tradizionale pulito con camere confortevoli e ben condizionate. Colazione nella norma per gli standards greci. Il terrazzino un pò troppo piccolo e con possibilità di stendere soltanto sulla sbarra della ringhiera del balcone

A fuir!! Sommier cassé, douche qui fuit, piscine sale,repas du soir (on était en groupe) plus que lamentable. Pommes de terre dures. Pâtes à l’eau pas de fromage,pas de yaourts, pour dessert des pommes pas mûres ! Une cantine!! Très mauvaise nourriture
