Motel 6 Reno - Virginia Plumb

We recently stayed at this Motel 6 on our July road trip. We booked day-of, so didn't have that many options. Neighborhood was sketchy. Pool was closed and green. The sidewalks outside of the hotel were sticky, disgusting messes. They could do a lot to improve the appearance of the hotel just by power washing the sidewalks. We found cigarette ash on the bathroom counter of our non-smoking room and an EKG sticker in the bathroom. The hotel clerk was very apologetic and was willing to change the rooms, but we were already unpacked and given the liquor bottles scattered around the property, I didn't have high hopes for any other rooms, plus he didn't have any more 2 rooms with 2 beds. Other than that, the rooms were generally big enough and the beds were clean.

I've stayed at them all. This one is by far the nicest. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nicer area. Odessa at the front desk is amazing and as sweet as can be, as are everyone else there. Next time I'm here, I know this will be the place I end up staying, and the price is unbeatable

From the area of the motel and to its wonderful staff. I feel like I right back at home. Mike, Canessa, and Also Sabrina have been extremely to me on my stay here and if you want to feel welcomed come here to this motel 6. These are not just employees to me they have became extend family. I thank them and the wonderful staff they have understand them and making my stay at motel 6 feel like home.
