"The only plus I'd say is the location - it's an ideal location to the Intl trades center. It seems to be a rough area of town, which made me concerned to go out at nights. Otherwise the hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. Everything is dated. The room was OK, but hallways to the rooms and the carpets were unclean. The customer service is very lacking in common courtesy and politeness. The cleaning crew was polite and accommodating though. This hotel seems not be up to Four Points standards. Next time, I’ll try other hotels in a similar price range and see what the differences are."

"Henkilöstö oli ystävällinen ja apua. Huone oli puhdas ja iso. Se oli helppo tuoda suuria matkatavaroita, että toin kanssani matkalle. Vain pieni ärsytys: kylpyhuone on kaunis iso suihku, joka wss todella suuri. Ainoa ongelma oli, että suihkupuutarha ei päässyt alas suihku avaamisen, joten suihku tarkoittaa, että kylpyhuoneen lattia saa kaikki märkä. Toivottavasti hotelli voi sopia joitakin sopivia suihkukiipeilyjä näille suihkuille tulevaisuudessa. Muussa tapauksessa kaikki oli hienoa!"

"Flat pillows, stained carpet.  People slamming their hotel doors. Dogs barking at 2 am.  Lots of banging threw out the night. Tv wouldn’t work at first. Couldn’t even change the channel, had the front desk come and fix it worked all day Saturday till Saturday night woke up Sunday morning and the TV was off. The cable box was off. Turned on cable box and turned on TV. Couldn’t get cable box to work again unplugged it, plugged it back in."

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Regina East Gate

"Good location. Quiet & safe part of town. Staff was polite but not overly helpful. Lobby area is nice but rest of hotel is average. I had a dog so maybe it’s just the floor they put pets on (2nd floor) but the hallway smelled extremely strongly of cat urine and the carpet was extremely wavy. Room was clean except for the carpet which had quite a bit of staining. Pool wasn’t open which was 90% of why I booked this hotel which was annoying. Breakfast was about average for a hotel in this price range. Had I known the pool wasn’t open I would have booked at the Super 8 which is comparable in quality but much cheaper per night."
