Stay in an established neighborhood close to shopping, Shasta Lake, and 2.2 miles to Bethel church. 2 miles to I-5 and 1.8 miles to Raleys. Private master bedroom and bath, connected to a single-family residence, some walls connect but no one has access to that space but the guest. Guests do not access the main part of the home. Double patio doors provide a separate entrance with queen size bed, updated tiled bathroom, hanging rack for clothes, dining table and two chairs, TV with Apps, microwave, and mini-fridge. Free WIFI. Sorry, no pets ( even special service dogs) no kids, no smoking. Within 10 mins of Shasta Dam for a tour. Or an hour to the ski lifts.About pets:No pets allowed.I am sorry , not service pets either . Asthma ..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.Please do not book if you are bringing children.About customRules:Let me know approximate arrival and departure times to schedule cleaners. Thank you. It was a lovely room, very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, easy instructions and host quickly responded when I let her know I arrived.

Great, but very warm Clean room, good location in a quiet neighborhood. When I was there, though, Redding was 100 degrees every day and while I can definitely appreciate the desire to conserve energy and keep the A/C to a minimum it was very warm in the room (probably low- to mid-80s) with no ability to adjust the temp. The evaporative cooler was somewhat effective, but pretty loud. Still, I would definitely recommend the spot for those who don't mind living on the warm side for their stay!

Nice Apartment - Needs A/C The apartment was nice. Location was easy to find and the host was great! Easy check in and check out. Only complaint was that the little swamp cooler type air conditioner didn't cool the apartment and it was hard to sleep.

Quiet and Peaceful, except . . . We enjoyed our weekend stay. Slept well, except for Sunday morning when someone's alarm in the house went off in the early hours of the morning and continued for about 30 minutes—no sleep after that.

Sweet Spot It was easy to find, very clean and cozy. Nicely furnished and equipped. The black-out curtains were very nice when we were trying to sleep in. The bathroom and shower were very nice. We got to see our daughter in a play at the Redding Performing Arts Center that was much better than we expected - very fun and highly enjoyable. It was a great weekend!
