Отель хороший и комната после ремонта, он очень сильно мешало то что находиться возле стройки. Днём шум был просто не возможный. Отбойные молотки, шум потише продолжался и в течении всей ночи.. спать ,несмотря на усталость, было не реально. Кондиционер в комнате настроен на обогрев не выше 21 градуса.. было очень холодно, особенно жителям Эйлата.. согреться или переодеться было очень чувствительно.. причем на улице февраль и температура 10-15 градусов..

Exstremely disappointing Hotel in Rehovot – Israel, was extremely disappointing. We had booked a Superior room and got a club room, you have charged for a Superior room. When we got the right room after a few days, the staff took it as an insult. The room had not been cleaned before we came in. Dirty bed linen with blood stains on it, Dirty floors with old dust in the corners and on lamps, Old chewing gum on the bedside lamp (have photos of everything) The floor was not washed for a whole week, no new bed linen for a week. When we complained, we were treated extra badly, had our personal towel stolen from home, the staff pretended they did not understand our request in Hebrew and English, they would not call a taxi, did not want to tell that there was a rest room with free drinks and food for hotel guests, spa and fitness centers. It ruined the fun at the family wedding in Israel, we left home 3 days early. - We don't want to come to Israel anymore. - Stay far away from this Hotel.

My husband booked this hotel for one night, said he upgraded us to a club room and booked us in the business lounge, well who does not like something nice after work even if it is only a hour half away from your home , first room we were given was the smallest room on the floor according to the map in the door and nothing as the advertised the pictures on any of the web sites, we were given another room , also a old fashioned room not the club room we paid for , not nice and bright , with full length windows , this was dark , small windows , old furniture, not much bigger then the last room , but reception would not listen to us , Now to the business lounge that my husband was sure he paid for , what a joke , it’s free for everyone, and it serves - that’s a joke , bread and butter , coffee and tea , orange juice and water and a bit of dry salad , and cakes , same food from 1pm until 9pm , if you want alcohol you have to pay , never been in a business lounge when the food offered is so poor , can’t wait to see our bill at check out to see if we paid for this when it clearly states free to everyone on the welcome paperwork Their advertising pictures are very misleading, this hotel is very old , the shower is broken , go elsewhere , nothing but the train station outside , breakfast is one of the poorest Israeli ones I have ever eaten in this country , tiny dining room , most of the items not fresh , why have stale cucumbers out, they are yucky , areas were dirty , no forks on the tables , were told they were in the dish washer !!!!, get real - please go elsewhere , wish we had

I paid for upgrade for „Executive room” , the way to the room was dirty, old, used and very tired, the entrance to the room extremely narrow + they placed a sofa that block the entrance, all the furnitures in the room are old , used , not practical, look at the pictures ! Coffee corner on the fridge on the floor … safe in a hidden unpractical cabinet also on the floor , really low level, dirty , I booked for 2 days, I run away early morning couldn’t think to stay one minute more, I don’t care of I will be refunded or not , it’s so low level, really felt cheated with this „upgrade”
