Very disappointing experience at Katra Marriott Resort & Spa. The staff, including the General Manager Ravii , were shockingly rude and lacked even basic courtesy. Service was unprofessional across the board — from check-in to dining. The food was average at best, and the overall vibe felt more like a “daba local” than a luxury Marriott property. Nothing met the standards expected from a brand of this reputation. Would not recommend, especially when better options like Taj by Vivanta are available in Katra.
