House with Frio river access. Relax on the large front porch, use the wood BBQ or just sit by the fire pit and star gaze. New swing set for the kids and now a cowboy pool for the family. Walk on down to the Frio river and cool off in the clear water. Ready for bed, we have two bedrooms with queen beds and quality bedding. Also queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need for those gourmet meal or simple country breakfasts. Two full baths will keep everyone comfortable. If you love to ride, the Twisted Sisters are rated #1 in Texas and the Bunkhouse is 500 yards off Road 337, one mile from the town of Leakey. Gorgeous Spot Perfect weekend getaway for a group of friends that love to visit while enjoying the river. This spot was great! Short walk to a perfect place on the Frio. Owners were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Oh and the cowboy pool was a bonus! We will definitely come back!

Cute spot near the river It's very cozy and the property is beautiful. The house is clean and the town is close. The owners are on site and very friendly and accommodating.

Best of the best We’ve been to the frio a million times but I think we’ve found our new go to spot. The close river access was perfect and the rope swing was so fun! Cabin has everything, from chairs, canopy, cooking supplies, s’mores skewers…etc.. Host didn’t miss a thing! Can’t wait to come back.

AMAZING We stayed while celebrating family graduates. Very close to the water and an easy walk, clean, and everything we needed was provided. It was a quiet area, but not too far from stores and restaurants, etc. We enjoyed it!
