Grand Hotel Therme

I booked the hotel from September for February trip. The room got cancelled 4 days before the trip. The staff refused to do anything to help remediate the problem, practically asking us to rebook again at that point. They also claim the room we booked was booked in between the time they cancel our booking and they got to work, thus they can not give us the room back and they could not cancel the other booking. Do not risk booking at this hotel if you don't want your trip to be ruined days before it start.

Terrible customer service for a so called 5* hotel, you would get better service in prison. Reception staff rude, obnoxious and need some customer service training. Found them to be really unhelpful and I would give zero stars if I could. Book yourselves a much better spot.

Horrible experience, booking was cancelled because apparently payment didn’t go through however I did not receive any emails that stated our booking has been cancelled and the last email I received stated that our booking was guaranteed, 3 days before our “check in date” they said our booking is cancelled. (We booked 3 months in advance) my family and I had planned Christmas Eve and Christmas Day there. We have stayed before and loved Spa Facilities.Staff argued with us but they still managed to get us a room. Christmas dinner was at the bottom restaurant, food selection was worse than at the main restaurant. All the food, especially the meat was cold. Restaurants was completely empty as we were sent away from the main restaurant, a very depressing atmosphere for Christmas, and the staff is unattending, Celebration was ruined for us this year! For the money we payed, we didnt enjoyed our long planned Christmas Celebration.

I stayed at Grand Hotel Therme athte end of October within the school vacation and absolutely loved it! My room was cozy with stunning mountain views, and the food all buffet style and non-stop replenished was fresh and delicious. What makes this place really special is the thermal mineral water. They use it in their pools and spa treatments, and it’s supposed to be great for your skin and health. The outdoor pools are warm and perfect, even on a chilly day. There’s also a lovely spa with saunas, steam rooms, and relaxing treatments – I felt so pampered! It’s perfect for both families and couples, with plenty to do for everyone. Whether you want to unwind or explore nearby ski resorts and cultural sites, this place has it all!

Grand Hotel Therme is a dream destination! Impeccable service, elegant rooms, and a serene spa experience. Thermal pools are blissful, food is delicious, mountain views stunning, and staff truly exceptional. The spa treatments are top-notch and leave you feeling completely refreshed. The hotel's design perfectly blends luxury with comfort, making it a true escape. A must-visit for anyone seeking relaxation and rejuvenation!

The hotel is unique, great design, luxury and comfort. They have many restaurants where you can enjoy an incredible variety of food. The spa center is great, with many facilities, pools with warm mineral water. We also had the opportunity to visit the gym, which has all the equipment. Our room was spacious with a nice view. Thank you for the wonderful service, we will definitely visit it soon with friends.
