The caretaker is really friendly. He carried my big suitcase upstairs, where my room was, and took it down the day I left. He also offered me coffee and answered my questions. Information and maps of Ravenna are available to tourists at the entrance. For breakfast, I asked for something special, as I can't stand dairy products, and I received what I asked for. That was good. In my room, there were several beds, but I was alone, so I choose the one I liked best. This bed was comfortable, very good for me, who have back problems. The bathroom was modern and functional. The train passes nearby, but didn't bother me. This building is old, you can see it in some places on the walls, but why does it bother? Not at all. I have read unfair reviews about this Bed and Breakfast. I don't understand why. To those who are not happy: go to a hotel, where you will pay at least twice as much. I assure you that I felt better here than in some hotels. Also, at the end of my stay, the guard realized that I might miss the train, so he called me a taxi. Thus, I was able to return home quietly. Le foto di questo posto risalgono forse a molti anni fa , perché adesso le condizioni sono ben diverse! Arrivati al check in siamo stati accolti da una persona poco adatta a stare al pubblico anche per la cura personale, inoltre entrati in camera ci siamo trovati difronte a muffa , umidità e tanta sporcizia ! Ovviamente abbiamo deciso di non passare nemmeno una notte in queste condizioni e per fortuna abbiamo trovato una sistemazione in altra struttura! Detto ciò abbiamo chiesto un rimborso e fatto notare le condizioni poco igieniche in cui riversa la struttura e abbiamo ottenuto oltre ad un' aggressione verbale un bel "fate un po' quel che volete i soldi non Ve li ridò" ! A questo punto invito chiunque a stare ben lontani da questa truffa!

Maleducazione e cattiveria ai limiti del disumano. Avevo chiesto cortesemente di lunedì se fosse stato possibile cancellare la camera già pagata per sopraggiunti problemi di salute. Non ho avuto nessuna risposta, per cui l'agenzia online tramite cui avevo prenotato mi ha confermato che la prenotazione era ancora in essere perché la proprietaria aveva rifiutato di cancellarla. Risolti i problemi, ho deciso quindi di partire, per scoprire, due ore prima di arrivare, che la camera, ripeto pagata, mai rimborsata e con prenotazione ancora attiva sulla app era stata riassegnata. La signora mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia e ha successivamente staccato il telefono rendendosi irreperibile e lasciandomi con due bambini piccoli sotto al diluvio senza un alloggio. Si deve vergognare, davvero, trattamento osceno.
