Sapana Village Lodge

搞得很不愉快 攜程價和到店付不一樣 雖然攜程補了差價 但我還是感覺就坑咱們自己人 店子裏的租車啥的也很貴 位置也不是很好

It was a very special and beautiful stay there. The idea behind Sapana (e.g. charity), the sustainable aspects (e.g. no plastic), the beautiful houses and rooms and the awesome service/people are a special experience. We also did a walking and a jeep safari and it ist totally worth it. The jungle is so amazing and we had the best guide Hemanta!

Everything at Sapana was exceptional. From the welcoming, sweet, helpful, friendly staff to the delicious food, the amazing programs with knowledgeable guides, the beautifully appointed rooms and gorgeous grounds. We can’t recommend Sapana enough and would come back any time.

From the very first impression and our warm welcome on arrival, to the last moments before departure, we were delighted by Sapana Village Lodge. It is in a beautiful setting, the staff were attentive and polite and the range of activities available was outstanding and good value for money. The food in the restaurant was also of high quality and varied. We had an expert guide on our canoe and jungle tour who was knowledgeable and respectful of nature and the animals. You are not guaranteed to see all of the animals on the list, but you will have a wonderful time just being in the wild, and we were lucky enough to see rhinos, elephants, crocodiles, monkeys and lots of different birds and butterflies. The owner has a created special destination that also contributes to the local community and is truly inspiring.

I recently stayed at this lodge and it was a bad experience First off, the check-in process was a disaster. I stood at the front desk for over 20 minutes while the staff chatted among themselves, completely ignoring me. When they finally decided to help, they couldn’t find my reservation, even though I had confirmation in hand. Once I got to my room, I was horrified. It was dark, dingy, and had a peculiar smell that I can only describe as "forgotten laundry." The sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed in ages, and I immediately regretted not bringing my own sleeping bag. The food? I ordered a supposedly "traditional" meal, and it was inedible. The rice was hard, the curry was bland, and the salad was wilted—like it had been sitting out for days. I ended up going hungry, which is a first for me on vacation! The noise level was unbearable. I could hear every sound from the hallway, including loud conversations and children running around. I felt like I was trying to sleep in a busy marketplace instead of a lodge. And let's talk about the amenities. The Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent, and the "recreational area" was just a couple of rickety chairs outside. I tried to enjoy some peace and quiet, but the constant commotion ruined any chance of relaxation.

Friendly welcome and staff. They look after your needs. Even when not possible dracht best alternatieve. Quiet surrounding. Peacefull no rush. Good Diests and elaboration of sustainability. Very good guides to visit the jungle. They now so much. Stay calm although other jeeps try to be as Quick as possible, they respect the nature and so you Will see the most actually. The kitchen is very good. The shop had lovely gifts and they also serve good aims. If is clean and they do not use plastic bottels. Rooms are large and have more than you need. We would love to come back and see how Sapana develops over time.
