Visited this hotel from 12th November to 15th November ***** with my room ( 3 rooms) . Had my booking done through make my trip . My senior citizen parents were coming ***** with me. So i had requested make my trip customer care executive to ensure that rooms are not difficult to approach . Guess what , we were given Topaz rooms which were quite difficult to reach for anyone with physical issues or old age . While booking Topaz rooms , it was not mentioned on make my trip website that it was on first floor . After reaching there , i requested to arrange just 1 room on ground floor but hotel was quite adamant on not doing anything . So i feel here both make my trip and hotel are at fault . TOPAZ rooms are STRICT NO for Senior citizens or anyone having issues with Leg ! Also hotel management does not seem friendly . To reach restaurant for break fast , few more steps are there ! Also steps are not comfortable by any means !! I have attached photo of steps which might be helpful to guide someone . 2) Food options were extremely limited in breakfast . Least options compared to other hotels i have stayed . Food replenishment was definitely taking lot of time . Definitely resort was highly overpriced with type of breakfast served . Due to location of resort , there is no option to have dinner anywhere else . So we had dinner there for all 3 nights . Ala carte food options were also very very limited . 3) Swimming pool was good but it seems to having strange construction . Steps at some places in pool were definitely bit odd . Inside pool ,care had to be taken as some small pillar sort of thing was there .Photo attached for reference. 4) Passage to restaurant passes near by pool side . So after 6 pm , care had to be taken for that also . Ideally that passage width should have been more . 5) View from the resort is the only thing it can really boast off. View was excellent just as described by hotel. Full marks for the view ! 6) Rooms interior was good . Spacious room. 7) Restaurant closes at 11 pm . So even Milk or coffee is not available after that . So people travelling with babies should take care for that . 8) There is no travel desk . Also travel tie up was quite poor . We were denied any cabs or autos by the tie-up partner ! I had to arrange autos by calling some cab service from ganpatipule . 9) Had very good experience of Mr. Sorabh of F&B Team. Always smiling and ready to serve. Also full marks to Simrat ji and Sanika ji . They were best persons on reception team . Not impressed by others . 10) Overall our experience could have been much much better but unfortunately it was not . Definitely it requires improvements . Also make my trip inspection person should also be more effective in surveying .
