Great location and value for money

Pretty good place , thanks to front office team to gave me the sea view room , it was Upgraded room , room was clean pretty cozzy vibes and quite confortable as well , it will by regular support whenever i come to ganpatipule , ratnagiri !!! All thanks to front office team and housekeeping for make my stay confortable

I had a fantastic experience at hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room to one with a beautiful city view. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the complimentary bottled water and fast Wi-Fi.

Negative-star stay: The AC throws a tantrum if the window’s open even 1mm—perfect for sauna lovers! Bonus feature: housekeeping’s walkie-talkies are just props, might as well try smoke signals. Oh, and the technician finally cracked the case—turns out the AC’s compressor is as dead as the service. After all that drama, they did upgrade us to a villa—probably to keep us from leaving a trail of steam behind!

The thing true about this location is that it is a beach front property. They are not a five star, 1-2 stars at best. The property is over priced and there are much better properties to stay in Ganapatipule (unfortunately I realised this much later). I write this review as I am staying in this property. (a) Entry: when you bring your car inside you will find that there is no security or staff member around to help you with your bags or guide you through the check in process. You park where you feel like then off load the bags yourself and stand near the reception table hoping to get assistance. (b) Rooms: absolute shocker. These are old rundown properties. The bathrooms are disgusted infested with musquitos. The flush is a joke and the toilet seats are broken. I had two villas booked for my family and the same story. So the probability of all other villas being equally poorly maintained is very high. The beds are dirty, AC is an issue and overall feels like a bachelor's homestay rather than a resort room. Totally dampened our experience. (c) Room Service: there is no such thing. We couldn't get a bottle of water delivered. Staff is poorly trained and you are better off getting things on your own. The tourism development board should inspect this place and cancel it's 5 star certification. Over priced and completely waste of your holiday.

The property is decent. It is a large resort which could do with some maintenance. The swimming pool wasn't very enticing. The property is highly understaffed. We could hardly see any staff around the buildings or the villas which gave a feel more of serviced apartment than a 4 Star hotel. The staff wasn't trained in hospitality and were just going through the rigours of their jobs.
