Hotel Navalai Pride

Average hotel (seems overpriced) for the type of rooms it provides. Linens (pillows and blankets) provided are just not okay to sleep on, they need to change it asap. It needs a good wash. The doormat outside washroom was not washed since the inaugural day, was filthy to the core. Hotel doesn’t have its own parking and it is a problem as 1. Hotel is on main road and 2. Staff is least bothered to help you. Will not be considered for stay next time if linens are not changed.

Not a single reason to mention here. No recommendations. Rather ask mmt customers to sleep on foothpaths

The hotel room is not good, the bathrooms are unclean and at a very terrible condition, the staff doesn't help at all their is no cleaning done even in a delux room. Water in the bathroom goes anytime their is no hot water.

Room was nice and Clean. Perfect for Family/Groups/Couples. Hotel is in center of the city. Staff was helpful.

infrastructure like tv ,washroom and lights were broken . hotel staff accomodated me but I changed 3 rooms in 2 days stay..maybe this place was having one of the worst days , but overall property is decent

property was ok.Location was good.Services were not so good.Amenities like TV was not working as cable subscription was expired.Power cut was there in between.
