Hotel Shalom International

Run down hotel and facilities are not maintained, no lift. In the morning we wanted to check out but there is no staff to help to get the luggage. They have a bar and when asked for ice, they refused. When I was stern that they need to bring the luggage down, they bought by a lift which was told tonus that it's not operational!! And also gave the ice!! While settling the room, they charged me for. Tea wherein we had not ordered and she was arguing with us. Showed her the calls made and no call was made for ordering tea!! Rooms are not maintained, beddings are run down. Staff especially the Receptionist was not at all friendly and arguing with us.
