BM Beach Hotel arvostelua

Our staycation was at longbeach Campground and hotel. We great experience there, The beach is very nice and The infinite pool view was amazing. Their staff was friendly especially lifeguard Amanullah.He is very active and professional. We recommend to come here for vacation. Thank you lifeguard Amanullah your hospitality

Everything was great 👍, the sea and the swimming pool was clear and so good. We really liked the water and also the meal here. Every food was delicious and fresh! Quality of the room was quite good 👍 And we'd like to change the time of check out!! It was kind of weird to seat here and wait without meal 4 hours. This is the big problem. They should to gave us lunch for example because we checked out at 12:00 and the lunch is at 12:30)) so that is so understandable because we paid for everything 🤷‍♀️ But instead of this everything was amazing 👏 , the service was really good and everyone was so friendly with us 😊 , we are so thankful for that trip and thank you Dubai😍 see you soon again!

Хорошо подходит для пляжного отдыха. На пляже нет посторонних и проносящихся лодок. Возле бассейна и на пляже есть бар (безалкогольные и спиртные напитки). Если повезет и перебежите дорогу то с права и с лева есть магазины и небольшие супермаркеты. Начнем с плюсов! - свой пляж в шаговой доступности - качественный алкоголь и пиво в банках Дальше минусы - номера старые, а если что то и обновляли то делали криворукие мастера ( или официанты по ночам) ковролин на полу это что то замызганный весь. Балкона нет. Окна не открываются. Высушить что то проблема. Номер вызывает гнетущее впечатление ( ведь ты ехал в Эмираты в 4, а получил хромую 3) Порадовал телефон возле унитаза, но так и не разу не воспользовался. Что касаемо развлекух. Есть тренажерка, аэробика по вечерам устраивают дискотеки, и местные Петросяны затаскивают на сцену отдыхающих и просят их что то имитировать. Говорят что за 10 дней кто то 2 раза приезжал с мини концертом, но не застал... ходил по городу Что касаемо питания! Изо дня в день одинаковое и лишь с небольшими изменениями которые сложно заметить. Не объешься и не уйдешь голодным. Но если сравнивать с тройками в которых я побывал то впечатление не в пользу этого отеля. Соседи по этажу наловили в кровати клопов. Занесли и сдали на ресепшн. За это после короткого скандала им предоставили другой номер. У себя в номере никого не нашли ( или плохо искали) Персонал отеля приветливый и старается выполнить любую просьбу.

We stayed here for a week and also caught New Year's Eve. We arrived at the hotel quite late, after 22.30 and we didn't get dinner (having all-inclusive). We had the reservation for a Rustic Premium room, but when we got to the room we had the unpleasant surprise of seeing that we were given a lower room, which looked terrible (dirty carpet, walls with plaster falling off and horrible bathroom). We went to the reception and showed them the reservation documents again, and the next day we would be given another room according to the paid reservation. The new room was clean, recently renovated. The windows in both rooms were as if non-existent. You could hear any outside noise (the people from the hotel terrace, the cars passing by on the street, the service at the mosque next to the hotel, every morning at 6 o'clock), which made us hardly able to rest at all. At the beach and at the pool, the drinks were at your discretion and the food at the restaurant was buffet style, pretty much the same every day and 80% of the food was quite spicy, not having many options for children. 95% of the tourists staying here are Russian, including the entertainment staff which rarely spoke English. A lot of cats at this hotel (both in the hotel, on the beach, in the restaurant and at the pool). Every evening there was a different entertainment program (belly dance, disco, fire show, miss hotel, etc.) on the terrace in the inner garden. On New Year's Eve, there were no live fireworks, but only projected on a TV. A few minutes' walk away, you could also find shops and outlets. In the near future they will also have water slides, now they were working on the construction of the swimming pool. The sand, on the other hand, was wonderful: fine, orange and a very large layer. All in all, we were quite disappointed with our experience at this hotel, regarding the accommodation conditions and the lack of diversity in the food. For the boy's birthday, we received a mini cake in the room.

Very amazing place. We had a great time here. Except for a few shortcomings, such as the fact that the window cannot be completely closed. The beach and pool are a great place to relax and the overall environment is very friendly. The food was average but it was okay.

It was a very nice experience inside the BM Hotel and the long beach. We enjoyed a comfortable trip with a very special team. I would like to thank Hossam Hesham, who was a close friend of the family, and the children with us especially loved him very much. The food was up to standard.Nice but there is better than that the entertainment team with all the activities is really nice they make a smile in the place with all the guests there energy drinks were delicious swimming in the sea is nice and clean lifeguards are always present everywhere A place that makes the place very safe. They help you anytime if you need help from them. Thank you for the beautiful experience. I advise guests to visit the place because it has a professional team.

اود ان اتقدم بمزيد من الشكر والتقدير لاداره فندق PM hotel ras elkhaima على حسن الاستضافه وحسن اختيارهم لموظيفيهم ...واخص بالذكر مدير الاستقبال Mr.Amr على الاحتراف المهنيه العاليه فى التعامل واظهار ه التعاون والتعاطف مع عميل كثير الطلبات مثلى فهو يعلم جيدا مفهوم customer satisfaction فلقد اقمت بغرفه 312 وتأخرت عن الcheckout ورغم ذلك كان ودودا وصبورا معى وطلبت دخول الbeach فلم يمانع فعلا اشكركم على حسن اختياركم ل reception team فقد كانوا واجهه مشرفه ..وانصح بزياره الفندق فقد كانت تجربه رائعه .

Провели отличный отдых, нам все понравилось. Здесь вы найдете три бара с качественным алкоголем, два бассейна, с подогревом и охлаждением (один детский) и ещё один с горками на пляже готовится к открытию, уютные номера, но номерной фонд обновляется, конечно хочется что бы выбирали более подходящее время, с малым количеством туристов, но обновление номеров требуется. В ресторане без изысков, но голодным не останешься. Анимация: Кристина и Виталик проводят развлечения для детей и взрослых, а каждый вечер вас ждёт шоу и конкурсы, а так же дискотеки! Приезжайте!

Hello. We returned to after 2 days from BM Beach. I chose this hotel based on the recommendations on tripadvisor, which were some very good ones. I don't know what criteria they had, but don't ever go!!! It's miserable! The unrenovated rooms are pathetic: you can't breathe because of the mold, the carpet is moldy, the windows don't open, the bathroom is infected. Very poor quality services, mess everywhere. The food, you have nothing to choose. The same thing for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I mean rice, chicken and beef stews and fish. I had much higher expectations. We will never return.

Отель хороший. Ресепшен- Хазим великолепный администратор. Решает все вопросы быстро. Спасибо руководителям отеля за шикарный отдых и отличную работу ресепшена. Алекс- хороший профессиональный администратор. Замечатеный отель. Будет рекомендовать всем.

We rested for 10 days, liked the hotel, good service, friendly staff, location, beach, sea, everything is great)))) the hotel has animation, sports, volleyball, water aerobics, Vitaly and Kristina, the best animators, thanks to the hotel)))))))))))))))))

We are staying with you for the first time, we like the hotel, nice, clean territory, sandy beach, the hotel is not big, but comfortable)) the food is good, everything is necessary, fruits, meat, fish, desserts, vegetables.... thanks a lot to the animation team, especially Kristina, who came to dance and sports activities, zumba every day))))

Very nice pool and private beach ，Also lots of breakfast really enjoy stay
