I came here with my friends and I loved the experience and the exposure of the hotel mainly the view point of the hotel was so good rooms are are neat and clean and the food at Hollywood restaurant was nice and the lighting at night made me peacefully

I would like to feedback on the accommodation provided by you at Ramoji Film City. After travelling all the way from Pune to Hyderabad and from Hyderabad to Ramoji, the room alloted was a big disappointment. Your team gave us stay in room 204 which was located in isolated area of Ramoji where there is no sufficient light on the walkway. Me and my family could not have peaceful sleep as we found that place very insecure. As we reached the room, the house keeping did not keep the room ready. There were issues with the water not coming in washbasin tap. Any concern raised on the phone from the room was attended after 30 to 45 mins because the distance between Room and Reception was far enough. When my booking had Evening snacks included we were denied when we reached the Princess cafe, it was only after speaking to reception they came to know that evening snacks was a part of my package booking. Overall, poor hospitality and ignorance towards guests.
