Not good service and customer relations

일주일 있었는데 아침식사도 좋았고, 친절하였습니다. 하지만 무료로 물을 주지 않았고, 마침 학생들이 많이 와서 저녁에 너무 시끄러웠습니다.

Excellent stay and value for money I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Easy to find and only 30 mins drive from OR Tambo airport. Check-in and out was quick and easy with very welcoming front desk staff. The room was very comfortable, a good size and spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were also in the room as well as a refrigerator which was put to use. The bed was very comfortable enabling a good night's sleep after a very long flight. The room was quiet with minimal noise heard from outside or the corridor/other rooms. Internet connection was excellent. As with many properties in SA there was gate security. Definitely my 1st choice for accommodation when staying in the area again.

The Mercure Randburg is officially our new place to stay when in joburg! The Facilities are nice and clean even the deco,colours are minimalistic. Security is perfect! The hotel is right next to the Malls, you can literally just leave your car and walk to the mall for shopping! They have a small garden area, great for relaxing time out of your room. Most of all customer service is top notch! A big thank you to Mr Thabo & Mr Lesedi, Mr Thato! They just went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and were very patient, as I had very specific needs for my room! and they helped us with other information we needed about the area!

Staff was amazing. They were kind and friendly. The rooms are clean and smelling amazing. I am very happy with the service.

Located 40 minutes from OR Tambo International Airport. During our stay, the elevators were out of order so you have to haul your stuff up and down the stairs. Rooms are grotty and need a total renovation. Air con makes strange annoying ticking sound all the time. This was a one time stay.

The Mercure Hotel in Randburg is our go-to hotel in Johannesburg. Excellent customer service and comfortable rooms. It's also conveniently located at the new Ferndale on Republic shopping center, where there are great shopping and dining options.
