Great stay

I would recommend! Loved the room everything was clean and up to date in my opinion.I would definitely be coming back.

This was our 3rd time at this hotel. The room that was sold to us was dirty. There were ants crawling on the floor and ketchup splattered on the wall. I told the front desk about it and was told the room wasnt supposed to be sold to us because house keeping had to clean those areas.

Called the front desk, sorry that happens with the top floor showers. Offered to move us but it is midnight. So after a day sweating in the SoCal sun, I get a very unpleasantly cold shower. But if you like games there are a bunch in the lobby………..

Stayed at this hotel the night before a drive to Las Vegas. Live music was blasting in the lobby when we arrived. The place had a cool vibe, though the person at check-in was not particularly friendly. Loved the room – felt very new, clean, roomy for 2 people, great bathroom counterspace, TV, safe, (mediocre) coffee maker, Drybar shampoos/soaps in the nice walk-in shower, full length mirror, blow dryer; had everything you needed. Free parking, no resort fee, and very affordable room rate. I would stay here again.

I stayed here once before, about 5 months ago… So, when visiting the area, I immediately selected this property again to stay at because I knew it would be a solid choice, and it was. The staff was friendly and efficient at checking me in. I requested a towel refresh after my first night and they brought me a bunch of towels, but didn’t take the used towels… not sure why, but at least I got new towels. The TV worked well, but the HVAC seemed to just constantly run and, though it cooled the room a little, it never got near the temp we selected, so it ran all the time and it’s too loud. Shower worked well and for the first time ever while staying in an Aloft, the hot water worked! I’ve stayed in many Aloft hotels and the hot water is always warm at best, including the last time I stayed here, but this time it worked like it should. I wish they’d fix the graffiti in the elevators and clean the place up a little. But overall, I’d return again.

Needed to stay in Ontario for business and after our very nice stays at other Aloft hotel we decided to give this location a try, while the hotel was not bad it was not as nice as the other locations we have stayed at. Nothing really wrong just not as inviting and sylish as other locations. Amenities were a little lacking as well. Solid 3 out of 5

Stayed here for a wedding in town. The airport is very close as well as the venue, so I can see why the couple picked this hotel. Great stay, wonderful staff. The Aloft is a new brand of Marriott, so just make sure you are comfortable with their "approach." The hotel has a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel does have a bar, not the best selection, but again, it's fitting for the "Aloft" brand.

I was visiting family in the area for several nights and originally booked a stay at a nearby Residence Inn (since I’m a Bonvoy member) and had a horrible experience there, so I checked out of there after the first night and moved to this property – The guy checking me in was great! I told him about the issues with the other property and he actually apologized and was swift getting me checked in. He was helpful with other requests as well. This hotel is actually pretty decent… There are some odd issues, such as guests having vandalized the elevator read out (scraped their names/graffiti into it – why?!?)… Also, there are typically cloth covers over the lights on the ceiling in the halls, but here they’re completely missing and there’s an open frame with fluorescent bulbs – looks odd. Other than that – the room was nice and comfy. Regarding the room, the TV worked well and so did the shower, but the sink doesn’t seem to get hot water – This is actually something I’ve noticed at all the Aloft hotels I’ve stayed in, they do a horrible job of providing hot water. The housekeeping staff seems to do a decent job, at least in the room I’m in. Typical amenities in the room too. Location is much cleaner and safer than across near the airport, but this is less than 5 mins from there – so stay here instead! I would stay here again!
