Hotel didn’t meet my expectations, even though it was marketed as a premium experience. If there are issues like unpleasant odors, want to address it with the hotel management. I tried to make it a room change or provide some other accommodations. After calling the mm t they agreed to change.

The rooms are not clean. I booked room for king size bed, they offer me twin bed room. Hotel manager has to give room as per booking and not to adjust.

Very rude and bad mouth front desk staff she do not know how to behave and how to talk to customer she is very arrogant

The rooms are nice and clean, bathroom are good, hot water running all the time. Staff is good. Unfortunately room were very very smelly, it seems all the bricks had smoked the cigrate. They had been very tenors to give me option to give different room but all the room they showed me had too much cigrate smell. Not good for non smoker and those who don't like cigrate smell. I couldn’t sleep while night because of the terrible smell.

Actually it was my first time in ranchi. I was little bit tensed about the stay. But after staying in royal ranchi it was very good experience. Their restaurant is very nice. Even though i am a south indian i'm very satisfied with their food options. Room service also very nice. Room and toilet are very clean. It's very close to airport. Only 1km. You can walk to the hotel from airport. Overall it was a pleasant experience

The hotel, the staffs and the service was very good. Food was good but there's always scope of improvement. However the room had lot of mosquitos, pest control should be done to prevent inspects and mosquitos
