The hotel is clean and hygienic, making it one of the best choices presently available while exploring the remote Natuna Islands. The owner Edy is very friendly and helpful, going to the extent of arranging our transfers, boat services and personally showing us around Natuna. Edy speaks well in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, hence I absolutely recommend booking with them to make this inaccessible island accessible!
