Spend an unforgettable vacation in the most beautiful region of Germany. Our inviting apartment is located directly on the Hintersee and was completely renovated in 2008. The apartment with sophisticated ambience has a separate, exclusively equipped asmo kitchen with dining area for 4 people. The living room is flooded with sun with an adjacent south-facing 18 sqm sun terrace. From here you have a fantastic view of the lake with the third highest mountain in Germany behind it - the Hochkalter with its Blue Ice Glacier. To the side of the living room is the 6 sqm terrace, where you can enjoy the sunrise. The living rooms are equipped with high-quality parquet floors and furniture in an exclusive country house style. A garage parking space is also available. Separate side entrance at the house.
Gastronomy :: Restaurants with beer gardens and children's playgrounds and cafes are located in the immediate vicinity along the Hintersee. Other restaurants are located in and around Ramsau. Breweries are available in Berchtesgaden as well as in Salzburg.
Culture :: The world-famous Salzburg Festival, which takes place several times a year, is a highlight of every culture lover.
Sightseeing :: Visit the salt mines in Berchtesgaden, the Obersalzberg, the Königsee with St. Bartholomä, the majestic Watzmann, the Chiemsee or the spa town of Bad Reichenhall. Beautiful apartment with the perfect location. Its spacious and elegant interior makes for a wonderful holiday. The area is so beautiful and you don't have to travel far to find great walks and places to visit. We loved our stay.

From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the property. In fact, we could not have picked a more perfect location.
The house had everything we needed, which made our six-day stay truly memorable. The facilities were excellent, the view from the balcony truly stunning. Even the bad weather for the first couple of days couldn't spoil things, as the view of the mountains across the lake was something Caspar David Friedrich could have drawn inspiration from!
The rooms were spotless and wonderfully decorated, and we really enjoyed the artistic touches.The garage for the car was perfect too.
As well as the lake Hintersee where you could hire a rowing boat or pedalo (Trettboot), the hiking routes were wonderful, and once the weather cleared we hiked both around the lake (doable in just over an hour at a leisurely pace) and to the nearby town of Ramsau which has lots of great spots for photography as well as a selection of great beer gardens. The larger town of Berchtesgaden is also a short drive away, which was great for buying grocery supplies.
Communication with the host Frau Kauffeld was great, and she was always quick to reply to any questions we had, and Frau El-Ahl who managed the handover of the keys were super friendly and helpful. We picked up the key to the house from her flat in nearly Bad Reichenhall, which was on the way.
We will definitely be back - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Es ist eine sehr schön gelegene und großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit Terrasse mit Blick zum See. Sogar eine eigene Garage gehört dazu. Eigentlich zum Wohlfühlen, wenn nicht einige Mängel im Wege wären:- spärliche Beleuchtung, vor allem im Bad. Man kann zwar noch WC und Dusche unterscheiden, Rasieren oder Schminken wird aber zur Zumutung. Auch abends ein Buch zu lesen, sollte man nicht planen- welcher Internet-Account zur Wohnung gehört und wo die Mülltonnen stehen, könnte in 2 Sätzen beschrieben und auf dem Tisch hinterlegt sein- bei 100 Endreinigung könnte man erwarten, dass Spinnenweben und gefüllte Aschebecher vom Vorgänger auf dem Balkon nicht vorkommen-die schöne Terrasse weist die größten Mängel auf:Die Tischbeine haben schon Grünspan angesetzt und Außenlicht funktioniert auch nicht.Obwohl die Wohnung für 4 Personen vorgesehen ist, gibt es nur 3 Stühle auf der Terrasse, wovon einer kaputt ist.Die Bodenbretter haben stellenweise so große Löcher (verfault), dass ein Stuhlbein reinrutschen und insbesondere bei Dunkelheit so zur Verletzungsgefahr werden kann. Und das ohne Außenbeleuchtung!Schön wären z.B. Liegen und vernünftige Stühle mit passenden Auflagen. Eine Markise wäre ratsam, da sich der Sonnenschirm mit dem schweren Ständer nur schwer über die Bodenbretter (und deren Löcher) bewegen läßt

Es war alles sehr gut. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.Mit dem Müll war ein Problem, die Mülleimer warenimmer mehr als voll. Bei der Abreise konnten wir einenTeil nicht entsorgen.

Die schöne Ferienwohnung am Hintersee ist nett , gemütlich und hat alles, was man für einen kurzen Urlaub braucht.Eine große Terrasse mit Panoramablick ist zwar renovierungsbedürftig und mit nur einem Stuhl zum Gartentisch eingerichtet, aber sehr großzügig und bittet die wunderbare Möglichkeit zum Frühstück im Freien.Es gibt eine Garage zum sorglosen Parken direkt im Hof.Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft.Wir haben unseren Urlaub am Hintersee genossen und können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen. Was Sauberkeit und Ordnung angeht, gibt es ein paar Dinge, die besser sein dürfen.Mai 2025

Schatz am Hintersee
Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in Ihrem wunderschönen und großzügigen Appartement, haben die Ruhe und den Ausblick auf den winterlichen und teils zugefrorenen Hintersee genossen. Man muss allerdings etwas fahren, um Supermärkte und Infrastruktur zu erreichen. Fussläufig geht's rund um den See und in den Zauberwald. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos . Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Atemberaubend
Unser Aufenthalt war in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft war bestens. Die Lage ist erste klasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Sehr saubere und voll ausgestattete Wohnung inklusive Garage. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Urlaub am Hintersee
Der Aufenthalt hat unser im großen und ganzen sehr gefallen. Das Bett ist nur leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt. Die Terrasse mit dem wunderbaren Blick auf den Hintersee war ein Träumchen, dass die Stühle alle einen Defekt aufgewiesen haben, war sehr schade.
Sonst hat uns an der Einrichtung nichts gefehlt und wir konnten unsere 5 Tage die wir dort waren, sowohl innerhalb der Einrichtung als auch außerhalb absolut genießen
