In the district of Obere Leiten 3 km from the centre of Ramsau, 6 km from the centre of Schladming, 11 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, in an elevated position in the residential district, along the wooded area, 6 km from the lake, 6 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: garden 700 m2 with lawn and trees. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis. Bread roll service. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises, single garage. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop "Ramsau Leiten Neuwirth" 1 km, railway station "Schladming" 6.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake "Ramsau" 6 km. The house is very nice. Great view of the Planai. The only thing others would need to know is that there is a beagle breeder in the immediate vicinity and that there is also a hostel there. Otherwise everything was to the fullest satisfaction. Drr landlor

Accommodation is in a beautiful and quiet place in Ramsau. The device inside the building is older but functional. We enjoyed it with friends. Otherwise everything is fine. There are many start -up routes from the building.
