I recently booked a stay, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we faced significant difficulties in reaching the hotel location. Despite calling the hotel and requesting assistance, we were denied help, citing that no staff was available. This was particularly frustrating as the hotel is located in a non-vehicle accessible area, and we had to walk for 15 minutes with our luggage.
Upon arrival, we were shocked to see three support staff members present, which contradicted the hotel's earlier claim of no available staff. When we questioned the hotel staff about this, we were met with a rude and unapologetic response.
Our concerns about the stay only grew after checking in. The room did not match the pictures shown, and the washroom was not clean. The jug was broken, the bedspread was torn and unclean, and to make matters worse, the geyser was not working. We were unable to get hot water, which added to our discomfort. Overall, the room was not worth the price we paid
I hope the hotel management takes our feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to improve their services, including providing accurate representations of their rooms and amenities, and ensuring that guests receive adequate assistance and support during their stay.
