La Reserve Ramatuelle Hotel Spa & Villas

This hotel is amazing in all respects. Its location and setting is beautiful, the design is tasteful and calm (feels like home, not a hotel: no signs anywhere!), the service is sublime, and the food is superb (cf. 2 Michelin stars). I've stayed in many 5-star establishments but this one is in a league by itself.

Cadre exceptionnel dans la pinède très bien intégré et entretenu. Et le service au même niveau et fluide du Check in au Check out. Un personnel attentionné et compétent!

La Réserve Ramatuelle is absolutely one of the best places we have stayed. And we’re world and discerning travelers. Every aspect of our stay was outstanding. We highly recommend. The fools was amazing, all levels of service were a 10/10. We’re def going back.

I would highly recommend this property. Went for a girl's trip and we absolutely loved it. The staff is so wonderful and highly accommodating. This would also be lovely for a couples vacation. The resort is stunning and the view from the resort is stunning! It is a little far from town, but the hotel has a shuttle and is so helpful with taxis if their shuttle isn't available.

Io e mio marito frequentiamo la Costa Azzurra da anni ed abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno di relax in questo affascinante piccolo hotel nella zona di Saint Tropez, immerso nella meravigliosa macchia mediterranea. Affiliato a “The Leading Hotels of the World” offre un servizio di lusso e bellissime camere, ristrutturate di recente. L’hotel non ha reception, il check-in viene fatto in terrazza con un drink di benvenuto, un gesto che fa già capire appena arrivati la filosofia dell’hotel (lusso sì e tanto, ma rilassato). La nostra Deluxe vista mare con giardino era di ottime dimensioni, moderna, di classe ed il gradevolissimo ed ampio giardino attrezzato offriva un'eccellente vista mare circondata da un verde lussureggiante; accoglienza ineccepibile, check-in anticipato, camera preparata per i soci LHW con piccoli omaggi di ottimo gusto, oltre a vino, frutta e dolci. Ottimo anche lo staff dei Concierges, sia prima del soggiorno con consigli/prenotazioni di ristoranti e attività che durante, efficienti e sorridenti, veloci nel soddisfare le richieste fatte all’arrivo. Bravissimi anche i valet che ti accolgono e che prontamente parcheggiano l’auto, rapidi e sorridenti; di pari livello il servizio shuttle per Saint Tropez, di grande comodità e gestito perfettamente dall’hotel. Colazione servita nel bel ristorante “La Voile” con superba vista mare, si sceglie alla carta una buona varietà di proposte dolci e salate, ottimi i dessert di raffinata pasticceria offerti dal carrello e diversi ogni giorno; qui qualche addetto un po' troppo acerbo nel servizio necessita di ancora un po' di training, tuttavia la cosa è stata risolta con un sorriso da parte di un collega più anziano (però attenzione, a questi livelli tutto deve essere impeccabile!). Passaggio in SPA per un trattamento molto ben eseguito, pulita e perfetta come tutto l’hotel (bene anche piscina interna e bagno turco). Piscina esterna riscaldata, bella e attentamente gestita da gentili addetti. E’ un posto volutamente riservato a pochi, sia per le piccole dimensioni della struttura che per il livello generale e questo lo rende perfetto per chi come noi cerca lusso non ostentato, armonia, natura, tranquillità e servizio ai massimi livelli, e si, qui c’è tutto.
