Charming Historic 2-bedroom house in Raleigh. Near The Village District.

Great communication. The location is great. Walkable area and central to so many things. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.

Perfect location for my daughter and I while she participated in the Governor's page program.

I was excited based off the reviews of this place but it definitely underwhelming. I had some work to do in this trip and the internet was in and out the whole time. A lot of the rooms could use an update- the bathroom felt like a bathroom inside of a college dorm. It was that bad. Just not very nice or seemingly clean and very tiny. When I went to use the sink in the Master, the handle came off of the sink every time I turned the water on. I had to put it back on several times and make sure I lifted it in a way it wouldn’t come off. The soap and shampoo provided was cheap and clumpy. The soap was running low and stopped coming out of the bottle, so I had to unscrew it and dump it in my hand and it was clumpy- which I dno just felt gross.The AC didn’t work well for the first 12 or so hours I was there. It was on but I Couldn’t get it below 73 until it cooled down at night. The house was in a strange location with a lot of random people walking through - right next to a church. Not a BAD location by any means, but definitely felt uneasy at times.The hosts offered to move me in to the house next store after the problems with the AC and internet so that was nice of them. I didn’t want to be trouble and was busy the next day so decided just to stay put. But for the price, there’s just no way this place is a 10/10 and I wouldn’t stay here again. The place was big enough to fit at least 3-4 people. The initial listing of this place was over 400 for two nights . Not worth it

We loved this house! Beautifully decorated, comfy beds, & great location. Very close to NCSU & walking distance to restaurants, etc!

Perfect location and well appointed with many thoughtful details, will be back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay! The bungalow is super stylish and clean. We were able to walk to a lot of fun places to eat which was nice.
