Lords Inn Rajkot

Worst customer service. Ordered toast and coffee at 4:00 am cos was leaving hotel at 5:00am to go to railway station. Received nothing. Called reception to follow up on order at 4:30am was told order coming. No response At 04:55 am when I went to reception they were so confused. Finally coffee came when we were leaving. I did not want the hotel packed breakfast because it is an unhygienic tasteless sandwich which is unedible. DO NOT STAY AT LORDS INN. OTHER GUESTS ALSO COMPLAINED WITH THE SERVICE THE DAY I CHECKED IN. DIDN'T THINK MUCH ABOUT IT UNTIL I GOT THE WORST SERVICE.

I stayed for 3 days. The rooms are great and everything was ok the first day. Then on the second day I left my phone charger on the socket and I couldn’t find it when I return. It took me an hour and 2 calls and 2 trips to the reception to retrieve it because the cleaning lady put it god knows where. The next day I washed my socks and left them to dry on the track and when I returned I couldn’t find them and they were lost. Good natured but clueless receptionists who accomplish nothing. I strongly don’t recommend it

Stayed at Lords Inn Rajkot with old college friends, booking two rooms while attending a college function. The hotel impressed us with its superb interiors and modern amenities. The service was excellent, with staff ensuring a comfortable stay. Its location in a developed area of Rajkot made it convenient to access nearby spots. Perfect for reunions or group stays. Highly recommended!

Arriving at the hotel was a 5-Star experience. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team! They are amazing on all levels. Friendly, do a great job in the room and kind. At the front door the gentleman was super. Always there with a great way about him. He makes you feel welcome with his friendly attitude AND safe. The kitchen team could use a little work. One girl had a weird attitude and not a waitress type feel to her. Maybe because I didn’t speak with local language. The guys were on it and friendly so made up for it. Overall the food is really good but not a place I looked forward to going for breakfast.

One of the finest stays at Lords inn , Rajkot. We have experienced this hotel chain at different places. Special thanks to Mr.Satish for upgrading our room. Luxurious stay , beautiful ambience & lovely food. Minakshi at Reception is a nice person. Overall a good experience.

There are so many positive things to say about this hotel, but the best thing we can say is that the staff made our retreat very delightful with their great service and warmth. The rooms were quite comfortable and the staff was very welcoming throughout our stay. My child became sick during our stay, but the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, including making sure my baby and I ate on time. They truly are amazing. Kudos! During our two days there, it was excellent value for the money in every way. Furthermore, Mr. Dinesh Chauhan was the icing on the cake. After checking out, I realized that I had left my priceless gold chain in the restroom, and I nearly misplaced it. When I called the hotel, the staff checked with one another and with their manager, who I would be in direct contact with till my chain arrives in Rajasthan my home, They also double checked till the time I receive my chain. Rajkot genuinely made an impression on me, and the Lord's Inn I am incredibly appreciative to Mr. Dinesh for packing and couriering the priceless artifact to my city. I constantly ask God to bless him. May your hotel flourish in every manner and your employees thrive. Thanks, Rettika
