Terrible experience with this hotel. At the restaurant, there was a living insect in the beetroot juice that I drank and fortunately I spat it out in the nick of time without swallowing it. I took a video of the still struggling insect on my plate and showed it as evidence to the staff and asked for action. They took my number and said their GM will call me. As I had to catch an appointment, I left. There was no call from anybody and while I reached the checkout counter the next day, I realised that nobody was made aware of the incident and there was an attempt to brush it off. To make matters worse, the front desk manager, was very rude in his tone, and instead of apologising for the trauma caused, shrugged it off saying, "it is only a fly, that too only in the juice, not in the breakfast. And we have nothing to do with it, as it is in the restaurant and your stay in the room is not affected". Does that summarise the arrogant attitude and complete disregard to customers? Never ever stay at this hotel which gives two hoots to its customers. Disgraceful!
