Nice staff, good food better  location over all it was pleasant stay  in Hyatt

Best in Raipur.

We had a bit of a challenge checking in as the hotel claimed that it was informed of the booking only the same morning, when they were fully booked. However they found a room & managed to accommodate us. Overall a happy experience.

Everything was awesome and the breakfast was superb only disappointed from the buffet dinner, staffs were cooperative Waiting for the next visit to Hyatt Raipur.

The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things. The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff. Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls. Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

The location of the property is excellent. The hospitality, the food, the staff is top-notch. The design of the rooms are the worst that I have seen. The bathroom is merged into the room itself and so it feels very unhygienic and unpleasant.

the staccato was very pleasant. from the front office desk, Mr Rounak, to hospitality staff, Shrurika and FNB people don't remember the name, but it starts with A. they all were very kind and very helpful and made the stay more comfy . kudos to all 👏

Hyatt Raipur is perfectly located in the capital city of Chhattisgarh and the Food is awesome added with unparralel service of the staff and the amenities. It feels like home on returning to the hotel after a hectic day at Office.

the stay was pleasant and staff is very supportive and breakfast buffet is very tasty and all the staff treats you so well i will recommend hyatt raipur for your next stay as compare to other corporate hostels hyatt raipur is better and professional

Hotel location is excellent & it's just above the mall. You get conveyance easily. Room size is good & Room view towards city vip road is superb!! Food is good, staff is very polite & helpfull. Pricing is reasonable with the brand like Hyatt..
