I had an overnight stay at the hotel. The staff is nice and helpful. Room was well maintained with all the necessary arrangements including electric kettle, teabag, milk powder and sugar sachet for tea. Bathrooms were also clean. Food is tasty and not pricey. I am sure all my future stays in raipur will be at hotel ambassador inn.

Poor management & pathetic service. They need to improve their service quality asap. Even the washroom was not properly cleaned.

This was my second visit and once again, I was thoroughly impressed by the comfort, cleanliness and outstanding service. The Owner and staff's dedication and attentive to detail made my week -long stay memorable. I look forward to staying again in this hotel in future.

Service point of view very poor. Drinking water not provide 3times reminds. Room check out but water not offered.

I took the standard room. Very much satisfied with the service. Food is also good. Big bathroom. Clean room. Overall very good. There service is very nice and every staff talks with very polite manner.

Pretty good actually. The staff was helping, understanding and nice. The room was clean, no issues with that as well. Just one suggestion, it would be great if you could use a less powerful room fragrance, when we entered it was all we could feel for the first few minutes. Rest all is fine. The food was surprisingly tasty, kudos to you guys for that. Overall, very satisfied.

The rooms and the washrooms were clean. We had a comfortable stay. Food was good. We booked three rooms. They provided us two rooms as we checked in. We had to wait for an hour more for the third room (although we checked in late in the evening and informed the property about this. Another point is that they do not provide airport transfer for free as written in their description.
