I booked the hotel on mm t on 9th morning, and i got the booking confirmation message immediately. I have also paid the full amount in thai mm t app. The checkin time in the hotel was 12 pm, and i reached the hotel at 3 pm and the hotel staff told me that there is no booking in my name and i was also told that there is no rooms free. I was really tired from my journey and i didn't know what to do. I called mm t support and then the hotel staff told me that they will get me a room in 15 minutes. If they had no booking in my name like they said earlier then why do they need to offer me a room. I am not sure what kind of service is this. But definitely it is tarnishing the name of mmt. Moreover there were a lot of mosquitoes during the night. I couldn't sleep properly.
