Premier Inn London Rainham

We staid for three nights with little child. Absolutely amazing hotel. ROOMS CLEAN AND NICE. FRESH LINING. Perfect servise. STAFF IN THE RECEPTION very helpfull and kind. Defenetly will come back. Recomend to our friends and family. A ++!

I have never had such a horrible meal. Premier inn did not let us know they only had limited menu at Table/Table. The manager told us when we got there, she said it had been limited since before Christmas. I ordered Thai green curry from the vastly reduced menu, the vegetables being 3 small pieces of raw sweet potato and 2 small thin slivers of uncooked red pepper, a spoonful of rice and plastic tasting sauce. My husband had haddock and chips, the haddock came out with dark brown batter, obviously old, dirty oil. It was shockingly bad. Never again. Premier inn should take some responsibility if they’re franchising and promoting them

Do not go in your work van I Turned up to site on the 12/11/2024 Asked lots of people in the hotel whats this area like and is it bad for vans getting broke in too everyone said no it’s fine I looked at my van on the 13/12/2024 at 6:30 am To find they drilled side door and open up up like a tin got in my van and stole lots of stuff

Comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms was quiet. Breakfast and evening meal, great value for money, we booked a 'meal deal' option which was great. Staff at the reception were extremely welcoming and helpful. Much better overall experience than I expected. We have friends in the area so will definitely stay at Willow Farm Premier again

The hotel is very accommodating and its location is on a busy road as its on part of the old A13 despite the busy main road it's actually very quiet and easy to find! Had a bar and restaurant attached to it which actually is seemingly popular with the locals for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Stacey was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed so I would recommend visiting this site any day of the week for something to eat or a quiet drink or for a short stay in the hotel either way you'll nit be disappointed!

Would not recommend this hotel. The bed was uncomfortable. We tried to speak to someone on reception that we had not had the decent night's sleep as promised, but finding a member of staff was impossible. When we left there were others waiting in Reception to speak to someone about thir horrible experience, but they too failed to find anyone. As we had trains to catch, we had to leave before finding anyone to complain to. We arrived on the Friday night in time to use the adjoining restaurant which should have been serving food until 10pm. Whilst we were late to the restaurant, 9.30pm, we were informed that it had already closed at 9pm, when the signage clearly stated it should have been serving food until 10pm, and we were told the staff had already gone home. It had taken 6 hours to get to Rainham for a funeral the next day and we were hungry and tired, so only being able to get a bag of crisps and a bar of chocolate was not a suitable meal. There was no apology for the kitchen being shut. We stayed to have a drink, and were then quickly hassled to leave [despite the bar being open until 11pm], and told at 10.10pm it was last orders and were hustled out as quickly as possible. On the Saturday, the breakfast was at least being served and we had gotten up early because we were so hungry. Whilst the menu states it is all you can eat, you have to order everything already on your plate so you cannot go back and pick things from a counter, it is embarrassing to keep asking for little extras. Following the funeral we later went back to the hotel for a night cap. We arrived in the bar just before 10pm, this night was worse than the night before!! The staff served us eventually, after finishing speaking with their friends. Then they started tidying up and hoovering, creating lots of noise and making us feel very uncomfortable. Sure enough, the bar staff rang the bell for last orders, and said they were closing, it was only just after 10pm. They were kind enough to let us have a further drink, but then started chasing us to finish our drinks and go. What should have been a tranquil time of reflection after an emtional day was ruined by the TableTable staff effectively chasing us out of the bar. Premier Inn and TableTable should be ashamed of themselves.
