Disappointing
Only word is disappointing. After repeated requests to fix the TV no one was able to, so we had 5 nights with no TV. We also asked for an extra blanket and the answer was no. You had to turn on the shower for at least five minutes in order for the hot water to start coming through. Seems like a total waste of water. The pillows were so flat my head was barely lifted off the bed. If you are after a cheap salemans stop off vibe, this is the place for you.

Good old Berwick Manor Hotel!
Great hotel tucked away in the beautiful Rainham countryside.
staff are excellent and very accommodating. Food is good, but a little limited. Breakfast is lovely.
Just wish more attention payed to floors, fixings etc

Never again
I was completely blown away by the state of my room, The curtain was hanging off the rails, The carpet was dirty and also the shower. Advertised was a restaurant but this was closed so I had to get Uber eats in for dinner. The breakfast was continental and it was basically 3 cereals and the one I chose was stale.
Totally disappointed with this hotel it could be so nice

Nice room but not much else
Rooms were spacious check in staff was great but facilities are not as expected was sent email to say no lunch available but dinner and breakfast was to find out no food served in the evening on a Friday Saturday which I find buzzard, bar was very below average in choice and availability

Brilliant
A really good check in experience. Breakfast was pre-ordered the day before from a good range of options. This was then served in the restaurant.

Business stay 2 nights
The hotel reception staff were very helpful. The location is next to farm fields and very peaceful. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. I wanted a blanket as the duvet was too hot. This request was done. I then had a very cool summer night.
