"Olin hotellissa il Baroccon kanssa viikon joulun jälkeen osana kävely-/näkymäryhmää. Se on pieni perheenjohtaja hotelli sijaitsee keskustassa hiljaisella sivukadulla Ragusa Iblassa. Se on kaikki tilat, mutta on perinteisempi kuin ultra-moderni. Hallitus ja henkilöstö olivat erittäin ystävällisiä ja apuisia. Huoneet olivat puhtaat ja mukavat, vaikka sängy oli hieman kova puolella miellyttää, mutta nukuin hyvin. Huoneissa oli pieni jääkaappi ja keittiö teetä tai kahvia, hiustenkuivaaja ja varustettu hyvin. suihku oli aina kuuma. WiFi oli hyvä. Maan yksittäisellä huoneella oli vain pieni parveke, joka katselee hiljaista takakatua, mutta jotkut kaksinkertaiset huoneet yläkerrassa oli suurempi parveke, jossa näkymä kaupungista. Muina iltaisin me söimme paikallisissa ravintoloissa vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Hotellin edessä oli houkutteleva terassi, joka on varmasti erittäin miellyttävä kuuma kuukausia. Suosittelen tätä hotellia kaikille etsiä mukava, ystävällinen pieni hotelli keskeisellä paikalla Ragusa Ibla."

"Fortunately, I chose Ibla Rooms. First of all, the location is excellent, in Ibla and close to the upper town, making it convenient to visit attractions on foot. Secondly, the house is built against the mountain, with a large span from top to bottom, an elevator, and three entrances: upper, middle, and lower. Our room is on the top floor, and the balcony has floor-to-ceiling windows with great views. As you walk out of the gate, you will see ancient relics of both human and natural origin on the big rock wall. What I like more is that the small doorway contains a big world. From the outside, the house looks no different from its neighbors, but inside, the structure, color, light and shadow, luxury, etc. are perfectly combined. When leaving, the host helped us book a taxi to Caltagirone. After the delivery, the taxi driver gave us a discount."

It is basically one of the most beautiful scenes that can be photographed in this place. The service of the lady at the front desk is also very good. There is a free parking lot near the hotel, which is very close to the ztl area."

"We stayed for only two nights but experienced three different rooms. We booked one of the Cave experience rooms but it did not work for us. The bathroom flooded and it was not pleasant. I do not recommend this path though we loved the hotel. The management was very willing to work with us and find different rooms, but we ended up in room number one on the first night and number 10 on the second night. Both were really great. The vibe of the rooms is modern chic in stone and if you end up in room one or ten I think you will love the vibe. The hotel is not really one building but a number of places spread out on both sides of the tiny street. We liked the breakfast room which was small and the ladies serving did a great job. we ate at the restaurant one night which was a treat though I wish I had dressed up for the occasion. The second night we had pizza and beer at the nearby terrazzo restaurant terrace which has a monster view and cost just 30 euros for dinner. we paid ten times that at the hotel’s restaurant. One thing to mention is that the hotel is on a narrow street so its not possible to stop in front when checking in. the hotel sent us some instructions as to where to stop and wait to be greeted. worked out well. We stayed here as part of a two week grand tour of sicily that included some much more elegant hotels, but don Serafino was one of my favorite places in sicily."

"Olemme kahden yön päässä marraskuussa junior sviitti ja saapui autolla. Pysäköinti on hauska järjestely ei sopivaa tarkoitus garage jossa vanhempi pyytää sinua parkkipaikalle... se on 10 euroa päivässä. Huone oli saatavilla tarkistaa klo 3 a.m. Odotimme vielä 30 minuuttia. Se oli outoa, koska sinä yönä emme nähneet paljon vieraita. Junior sviitti oli tilava, moderni ja poikkeuksellisen puhdas. Talonhoito oli erinomainen. Kylpyhuoneessa oli jacuzzi ja erotettu kävely suihkussa. Tuo omat WC:t, koska vain seinässä on saippua. Jotenkin vesi jacuzzissa oli vain lukewarm, joten minun piti yläkerran sitä pesualtaalla käyttäen keittiötä, jota pyydän... Viidennellä kerroksella ei ollut paljon näkymää - kohdatessa seinää, mutta se oli hiljaa yöllä. Minibaari hinta oli kohtuullinen 2-4 euroa, joka oli hienoa mukavuutta. Sijainti ei ole hyvä Ragusa Ibla vanha kaupunki - se on kiinteä 40 min kävelyä mukaan lukien monia portaita ylös. Nykyaikainen Ragusa olet keskellä, lähellä kauppoja, ravintoloita ja duomo. Teimme päivämatka Scicli ja Modica - ajo kautta kiinteän maa vuorilla voi olla stressiä vuokra-autot. Aamiainen oli kylmä ruoanlaittomunat ja perusvaihtoehdot - ei mitään erityistä. The location is perfect—tucked away on a quiet street in the heart of the beautiful old district of Ragusa Ibla. The owner was one of the kindest and most helpful people we've ever met, always ready with useful information. The shared spaces are an absolute dream; the jacuzzi is perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring, and the Zen pool is a wonderfully tranquil spot to relax in the afternoon. But the absolute highlight was the breakfast. It was on another level—truly top-notch and unlike anything you'll find anywhere else. We cannot recommend this gem of a place enough!"

"Stay away from this hotel. The listing states it is a 4 star hotel. It is barely a 3 star. we have stayed at many hotels in Italy and Europe and this must be the worst one we have ever visited. To begin with, the staff doesn't wear name tags and dresses as if they are on the street. Torn jeans and t shirts. There is NO WIFI or INTERNET. This is not an exaggeration. Unless you have a phone plan you are out of luck. THERE IS NO HOT WATER, PERIOD. Stayed 2 nights and never had any hot water. Had the engineer and others attempt to make it at least warm and all they did was shrug. The breakfast was meager with no staff monitoring whether anything needed replenishment. Things not eaten on our first day showed up on the seond day. Still not kept cool with ice or any other method of keeping things cool. On the surface, this hotel appears to be a 4 star hotel with a beautiful swimming pool and other amenities, but this is deceptive. Underneath, it is worn and needs much upgrading to be even a 3 star. How anyone could give this anything but a 1 star is beyond us unless they are travellers who aren't very discerning or are unwillig to look beneath the surface. But how could anyone ignore no hot water and no internet. our suite had a gorgeous jaccuzi, which, again, was impossible to use because NO HOT WATER. Book a stay anywhere but here. Even a motel 6 has hot water."
