Aston Costa Verde Beach Resort

Saya memesankan untuk teman2 saya yang lain. Kami total Ber7 orang. 2 orang memesan single Club Room sedangkan. Yang main kamar superior tapi kami semua mendapatkan upgrade class oleh kebaikan General Managernya. Hotel di Kuba ini adalah group dari Archiepelago Hotel Indonesia. Kamar luas, tv layar lebar dan bisa mirroring dari HP untuk nonton Youtube, Netflix dll. Semua all in. Kami sangat enjoy stay di Aston. Terima kasih Aston

Hotel mal entretenue, personnel pas tres accueillant et limité sauf au bar de la plage merci au barman pour ca bonne humeur, devrais etre un trois étoiles, buffet limité plage beaucoup de roche, toute seul a la piscine a 16 hrs activité sur le site absent ,séjourné du 25 janv au 27 janv c,est assé changer d'hotel,pour le reste de mes vacance tres decu

I liked the beach here so much I came back for my 2nd visit and also had an od friend come from Vancouver. I also met a new friend last year who also booked for the same time this year. We all had lots to eat and lots of sun. 🙂 I usually like swimming pools but at this place I didn't get in the pool even once. This year or last year. Not because there is anything wrong with the pools but because the beach was so nice. Calm, clear, sandy and shallow. There is an option to pay by the hour for a later check out, which I did and also did last year because of a later departure/flight. My only issue is not letting me pay to have the room for an extra night. When as like last year my flight started getting delayed. I had a pretty good idea that the flight wasn't going to leave until the next day. Instead of letting me pay, they said I'd have to check out and if I had to stay sunwing would pay for the extra night. I didn't care. I just didn't want to be uprooted and put into another room again. Nope, they seem to be able to process the transaction for a few more hours but not to let me pay to not be inconvenienced. They said to talk to the sunwing rep to get a better deal? who by the way is only there from 2 to 4. When i talked with her she couldn't help either and that it would be expensive anyway? She also said i should have come to see here before. I told her maybe they should be there earlier as i came to have a vacation and get away from meetings not to come to a meeting in the middle of the afternoon beach day.Instead they moved me into a musty smelling room. The tv didn't work, the ground floor patio door didn't lock, there was no bottled water in the room and the hand soaps were used. I don't think I'll be going back here if this is how a returning guest gets treated. Too bad because for everything else I did really have no complaints. Plus my friend who has been there many times asked if I got my bottle of rum for returning guests and they didn't have on for me and told me I had to come back more times for that. I asked how many and she shrugged and said 4 times with a question mark. Like she was just guessing. By the way, I don't even drink. Haven't touched a drop in 5 years. I just thought I'd take it home for a gift if it was supposed to be in my room as a returning guests.

Experiencia fue increíble desde el momento que llegué hasta mi último día! No tengo quejas. Habitaciones muy bien equipadas y limpias, comida súper buena, personal SÚPER educado, siempre atentos, la playa increíble. Sin duda Cuba lo tiene todo!!

Un servicio excelente y de calidad nos sentimos cálidos y bienvenido por el personal de hotel muchas gracias por la gran experiencia no puedo describir lo satisfechos que nos sentimos con el servicio brindado los recomendamos de todo corazón

Mi lugar favorito en el mundo. Todo, TODO, es perfecto allí. Por eso llamo a este lugar MI CASA. Vale más que un 5 estrellas. Desde la habitación hasta el servicio, desde el servicio hasta la comida... Me encanta todo de este hotel. Vale la pena el desvío para ir allí y no te decepcionará. Esta gente es como mi familia. Sin contar la animación y las bandas que vienen a hacer un pequeño concierto, o los chicos que te harán vivir una magnífica experiencia en el mar con los catamaranes. La gente del servicio de bar... los adoro. Los mojitos son lo máximo y LOS CAPUCHINOS por las mañanas... Una delicia. Los guardias de seguridad también serán muy amables al recibirte en el hotel. En resumen, puedes preguntar todo y harán todo lo posible para que obtengas lo que deseas para satisfacerte. Te sentirás como en casa. Es un muy buen hotel.
