Iberostar Coral Holguín

J'y étais du 8 au 17 janvier. C'est mon endroit favori! 14 fois que j'y vais depuis 2020. Tout d'abord c'est le personnel chaleureux et dévoué qui fait de cet hôtel un endroit exceptionnel. Les réceptionnistes, Liudmila Ortigoza Vega et Yaqueline Dorado sont très accueillantes et professionnelles. Les majordomes Yarian Matrapa Leyva (parle français) Junior Manuel Sablón Pérez, Augusto Arnobel Batista Calixto que j'appelle tendrement mes trois mousquetaires et Laritza Hernandez sont toujours à l'écoute de nos besoins et font tout ce qu'il faut et même plus afin de rendre notre séjour confortable et agréable. La nourriture est excellente avec de la variété. La chef Dayani Medina Montero met beaucoup de soin afin que les mets soient délicieux. Toutes les serveuses sont dévouées et très sympathiques ainsi que tout le personnel de la cuisin. Les chambres sont très grandes et très propres. Les femmes de chambres sont très gentilles. Elles viennent le matin et le soir il y en a deux autres qui viennent pour changer les serviettes. À chaque jour il y a quelqu'un qui vient apporter de l'eau fraîche. Que dire de la plage! Il y en a deux: une près du resort pas très creuse qui est parfait avec les enfants. La deuxième un peu plus loin est magnifique avec service de bar, catamaran, pédalo, canot. En tout temps nous pouvons demander aux majordomes de nous y emmener avec la petite voiture électrique. L'eau est tellement claire qu'on peut voir les poissons. J'ai une mention spéciale à faire la la directrice du Coral Mara Santiesteban Pupo qui prend le temps de voir à ce que tout se passe bien. Comme vous pouvez le constater je suis amoureuse de ce resort et surtout de toutes ces personnes qui sont devenues avec le temps des amis!!!

This was our third time at Iberostar Coral Holguín, and it just keeps getting better! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. A special shout-out to Carlos, the entertainer, whose energy and enthusiasm made our stay even more enjoyable—his dedication to keeping guests engaged and entertained is truly commendable! Also, we were delighted to see the positive impact of the new manager, Gyongyi Szabo, who is doing an amazing job enhancing the experience for everyone. The level of service and attention to detail has never been better. Special thank you to all the amazing staff and just a few names: Alexander and Dayana at the pool bar, the lobby bartenders Yander, Hector, William and Julio, all the amazing ladies at the restaurant Jasmine, Ariana, Adriana (grill), Mariella, Dianelis, Yordanis, our butler Yarian and the list goes on...Last but not least Rogelio for giving some of the best massages! If you're looking for a relaxing, adults-only escape in Cuba with outstanding service, Iberostar Coral Holguín is the place to be. We can’t wait to return for our next visit!

The staff are wonderful people and extremely kind to everyone. The management as well are extremely helpful and are very accommodating for anything you need. Outstanding drinks and a great menu of food as well. The rooms were kept spotless as well as the rest of the resort. The king size beds are just as comfortable as you could imagine and you will be hard pressed to find a room without a gorgeous view. The bathroom is perhaps my favourite part of the room with very high ceilings, a deep tub, and a spacious shower. The beach is a small walk away, but you can always wave down one the multiple carts that carry guests back and forth. I really can’t say enough about the people here. They were all so kind and welcoming to everyone the entire time, going above and beyond to make us feel both comfortable but happy throughout our stay. The entertainment is also amazing with multiple very talented singers and bands. Even during the day, the wonderful Carlos always available to entertain and lead us in games and exercises. The entire crew I went with and myself all agreed to come back again next year! Thanks again to Carlos for the hospitality and fun experience you gave us on NYE, we will see the Iberostar family next year!
