Très beau établissement relaxant on a l impression d être dans un palais royale avec son style sa décoration 💯 marocain, très jolie chambre bien propre et bien équipée, personnel très sympathique serviable ,très professionnel . Accueil très chaleureux soit à la réception ou au bar et restaurant , j ai hâte de retourner ❤️🥰

Je n’ai pas séjourné mais uniquement déjeuné dans le restaurant au bord de la piscine. Et c’était simplement HORRIBLE. Des plats (si on peut appeler ça des plats) indignes d’un aussi beau palace. Pour la deuxième fois d’ailleurs. Nous sommes repartis sans manger ce qui devait être des rouleaux de Homard à l’avocat, à 27eur le plat… Quel gâchis

My experience at The Ritz-Carlton was amazing! I really enjoyed the massage at the spa the ladies were wonderful. I also had afternoon tea in the lobby, which was delicious, accompanied by traditional Moroccan music. Thank you to the Ritz-Carlton team, and a special thanks to Maryam and Abdosatar!

Missing Basic Amenities
The Ritz-Carlton in Rabat is a stunning hotel with beautiful landscaping, a wonderful setting, and a lovely, clean atmosphere. However, housekeeping needs improvement, as some basic amenities—such as a trashcan in the restroom—were missing from my room. Additionally, it was surprising and disappointing that a hotel of this caliber did not have a standard English breakfast tea available upon request.

It’s my second visit to the Ritz-Carlton Rabat, and I’m glad to see the new ambiance and the carefully curated menus and dishes. However, I was expecting to enjoy a buffet brunch this time. I would especially like to thank Maryam in the lobby she’s a very special lady. She remembered me and assisted me just like she did during my first visit, which truly melted my heart. Thank you to all the professional staff for the amazing service and warm hospitality.

Was visiting my sister here in Rabat and decided to go the the Brasserie at the Ritz for lunch... we could not book online as the online service was not working but managed to call and book, the hotel was stunning a pearl in Rabat with the most charming service provided by Fatiha who works at the Brasserie. Very attentive with a warm smile. Nothing was too bothersome for her when looking after us..definitely will be returning whenever I visit Rabat

i had a good experience on my visit to Ritz Carlton Rabat i am very satisfied with the service at the pool area i was helped by a lady that had the name hajar i would recommend everyone to visit the hotel and use the facilities i am very satisfied regards salah

A poorly trained team received us very poorly and did not understand any of our needs during my fiancée's birthday celebration. I made all the requests in advance, and some of them even received confirmation, but at the time, nothing happened. We began to suspect that they were facing some kind of distrust regarding our presence. We felt extremely uncomfortable with the situation and the way we were treated, as well as the way they tried to mitigate the issue. We understand that the hotel is new, but the chain to which it belongs is not. This raises several suspicions about the true positioning of luxury.

I had Iftar at Rihla Restaurant and was the best in Rabat. The deliciousness of food equals the luxury of service I received. The décore of the restaurant is magical, the team engages with stories about food and the restaurant concept, and while listening to them you hear the live andalou music playing, like the movies. I will come back for sure!
