I recently stayed at this hotel and faced a challenging situation as a foreigner in Rabat. I lost my wallet, which contained all my important documents, and urgently needed to check the lobby camera footage to see if I left it there or in a taxi. Unfortunately, despite my repeated requests over a week, I received no assistance from the hotel staff. The lack of communication and support during such a stressful time was incredibly disappointing. While the hotel itself was decent, the customer service fell short when I needed help the most. I hope they improve their responsiveness to guest concerns in the future.
