The restaurant served good food with high quality service.  The waiter recommended me the tea which was thoughtfully written on a paper for me.  The environment of the restaurant was excellent.

超級差勁！！帶着客人所有行程都安排好了，突然臨時強行通知我們沒房間了，給我們換到別的酒店？？！！酒店經理還強詞奪理，説我提前一天就嘗試聯繫你們了，沒經過我們同意的情況下就把我們換走，真的是氣死！！ 雖然換的酒店還行，但是非常丟人，給客人的感覺非常不好，太過分了，這種基礎的統籌都做不好，商務旅行非常不推薦

中國人不騙中國人，這是我在拉巴特住的相對比較好的酒店，價格稍微高一點，物有所值

The huge patio and garden are wonderful with lots of space - nice change from riads and medinas. Rooms are very small for a 5* in modern part of Morocco. Closest 5* to the medina/downtown. Breakfast was too expensive at twеnty fivе еuro each and wasn’t really 5*.

Our stay at La Tour Hassan Palace was excellent. Beautiful hotel and everything is nearby. The staff is very kind and the rooms are clean. We will definitely come back.

Classy hotel with a couple surprising shortcomings Overall, we had a very good experience at this classy hotel: Very attentive and polite staff and lovely accomodations. But you would expect this at a 5 star hotel charging over $500 USD per night. Unfortunately, I will need to focus on a couple things that left us unimpressed. The first is structural: our garden side room provided almost no sound protection from the courtyard below. Conversations at tables just below us were loud and clear. This was especially disappointing because i messaged the hotel ahead of time to request a more remote, private room, but we were on the first floor overlooking the busiest part of the courtyard. Even so, the sound should not have carried the way it did. Basically, they need to upgrade their windows! The second concern was a service failure that was pretty absurd. We needed a direct transfer to Casablance airport (1.5-2hr away) and I consulted at the front desk one day in advance. I was told they didn't have the number for the special cab company that could handle intercity transfers but that I could hail a big white cab day of and it shouldn't be a problem. Day of, we received no assistance with obtaining the cab, never saw one and finally walked up the road to another hotel which promptly called a cab for us. It arrived 5 minutes later. Only in retrospect am I realizing how absurd the situation was with the front desk staff saying they didn't have the number to call and sending us to hail a cab in the street with no assistance.

L’accueil à l’arrivée à l’hôtel a été très chaleureux de la part de l’équipe de l'après midi. En revanche, le lendemain matin, l’attitude du réceptionniste a été décevante : il s’est montré grincheux, voire peu courtois, manifestant une préférence marquée pour les clients étrangers au détriment des clients locaux.

Bel hôtel, entrée superbe. Décoration pas mal Accueil moyen. sans aucun geste d hospitalité marocaine . Où sont le thé de bienvenue et la serviette rafraîchissante ??? check in sans aucune recommandations, ni explications donc pas palace chambre au 2 Eme assez basique . Rien d un palace . Deco moyenne mais propre . Beau jardin , piscine sympa mais aucun personnel . Jamais un serveur pour proposer des boissons . Les bouteilles et déchets des clients précédents traînent . Constat au bout de 48 h . Toujours présents . Dommage alors que les jeunes employées du spa se contentent de plier les serviettes sur les transats , elles pourraient passer l info Pareil pour le bar , il faut souvent se lever pour réclamer un café , Petit déjeuner Hors de prix quand on est au Maroc et que les produits ont un faible coût . Bon emplacement tout se fais à pied ,

Pasamos por 3 habitaciones, la peor ubicada la primera, la atencion de la recepcionista pesimooo, despota y tomo de burla, si teníamos calor en la habitación por mal funcionamiento del aire acondicionado, nos ofrecieron un ventilador, parece burla en un hotel de 5 estrellas, lo rescatable es el portero muy amable y el personal de maletas, empaticos y serviciales, estaban mas preocupados ellos que los de recepcion, la comida muy buena y el room service excelente, es triste que por un mal servicio de recepcion opaquen el buen servicio de los demas, el aire acondicionado en general del hotel muy malo para un lugar de tanto calor

The hotel is beautiful and very well located, close to the Medina and several museums. The room was specious and clean. Mr Adil Chebihi, the Head Concierge is very kind and helpful. His hospitality is unmatched!
